After updating my iPad to iOS 8.4 everything is gone.

My vault list is empty, nothing in it. I asume all my vaults are gone.

All my items and lunchboxes are gone as well.

After contacting iTues support about the issue they sent me straight to bethesda support for a refund.

Bethesdas reaction was to consult iTunes support for a refund.

So what now?

I have NOT reinstalled Fallout Shelter, because they told allready that everything is gone if you do so.

I ask for advice how to proceed.

iTunes refundet me on the lunchboxes.

So THAT part is done.

Any news about the lost vaults?

Did you ever delete Fallout Shelter? Deleting the game would erase your Vaults and lunchboxes.

No. I did not delete it or anything.

Only updated my iOS.

The same update worked on my iPhone without doing any damage.

Many games save progress on a server through an account of some sort. Perhaps Bethesda could institute a similar system so that "all is not lost" in such an event. This also has me thinking twice before I decide to spend any more money on lunch boxes.
