Everything has been reset ( Rank and Stats )! : Crysis

I thought this problem has been resolved?
Well, I guess not!
Anyway, all of my stats and my rank has been reset. I rebooted once and was level 27 when this happened. Now I am level 5 without the reboot and everything including the stats has been reset.

I couldn't log in yesterday, because it kept saying that my password was wrong even though it was not. So I came back today to see if it works now. Well, I was able to log in, but then I saw that everything has been reset.

Please Crytek look into this problem and give me my rank back. I'm gonna stop playing if i don't get my rank back, cause I don't wanna go through all of this again. I spent about 72 hours getting this rank and now it's all gone. So please do something about it!

Edit:
Now everything is back to normal. I logged in today to see if anything changed and yeah, it did change. All of my stats are back and my rank is 27 again. I doubt that anybody fixed this, it's probably just another bug in Crysis 2. Well, either way, I'm happy that everything is back to what it used to be.
