Everything involving Werewolves

Post » Tue Dec 06, 2011 9:46 pm

Waddup fellow skyrimers, I'm so dang jacked about this awesome game. I just wanted to get a little chat goin about all things werewolf. I became a werewolf yesterday and so far I am absolutely loving it. Being a werewolf is super cool cause you get some perks that are not available to a normal player. For example you can run faster than a horses gallop and fighting in beast mode is pretty dang sick. I want to give a little shout out to the site that guided me to my werewolfyness. http://www.backendgaming.com/site/?p=457. That link will take you to the guide that I used to become a werewolf. If you are planing on becoming one I would for sure use that guide because it is complete with a written and a video walkthrough.

I want to here your guys thoughts on bein a werewolf so post away, also the site that the link will take you too is super cool it's got some of the best gaming news articles/ reviews I have seen. If you are big into gaming you should check out that site, I now use it on a regular basis.

Happy Skyriming.

Werewolves are underpowered on some enemies, they should have a little bit more damage resistance.

Also they need to affect more plots and need first person like in Morrowind: Bloodmoon

Good points I am yet to find a situation were I can fully understand your statement but I can see what you mean, where have you felt that they were underpowered?

Level 45+ on Master Difficulty

There isn't enough health for the werewolves to fight anything that can use magic or even a Forsworn.

Over on the Nexus forums there's a mod in planning to extend the werewolves in Skyrim. It's called http://www.thenexusforums.com/index.php?/topic/462121-skyrim-werewolf-the-dark-ages-mod/

The combat proficiency of werewolves is based upon their ability to scare the bejeezus out of most enemies and chase them down for an easy lunch. It makes sense that they have no damage resistance as they have no armour, but they do have double health.

EDIT: and that mod, like most, takes things OTT. Different clans would have been sufficient, but a ton of different forms and lame werewolf kings? too far.
