everything stolen buggetting super upset now

So no matter what I do I now have to steal everything I pick up, I mean EVERYTHING, it started with an abandoned power armor that could only be stolen, now it applies to any item in newly discovered areas, I'm talking about inventory items on dead npcs, loot in the containers, all the way to the tin cans on the floor. I'm almost done with the story and wanted to start over anyways since unclear phrasing of mission objectives / speech options have caused me to do/say things I didn't want to, so I'm going to blow thru the rest of the story speed style and then uninstall and reinstall the game and start over

I'm starting to question if Bethesda actually put this game through any sort of extended trial before release, or if they just loaded it ran around for and hour and went "yay!!! It didn't crash!!!" I have side quests that won't activate, disappearing npcs and companions, non hostiles attacking each other for no reason, frame rate drops so low that enemies teleport to me, VATS using jet instead of shooting, game completely freezes or crashed, dialogue skipping, non stop npc swimming on dry land (oK so that one is actually funny), resources not appearing if I fast travel out of settlements, and one invincible stingwing that the mysterious stranger had to show up and kill...oh and trash can carlas brahman is stuck in my house...

I think we are the beta testers, makes sense anyways, they save a whole lot of money from payroll let their adoring fans find all the bugs then patch them...or in skyrim case ignore console bugs and rely on pc mods to fix the games issues...I'm tired of paying full price for unfinished games, it's not just Bethesda, it's happening a lot. If I purchased any other product in this kind of sorry unusable state (except maybe used cars) I would get a refund and I think we should really start viewing it this way as a customer base...a few bugs, oK I get millions of ppl playing a game is bound to discover a few things that a couple hundred beta testers miss, but this is a lot of game breaking glaring problems to have been missed.

I would gladly wait on a game to release in order to make it right, hopefully this upcoming patch resolves most of the issues we are having.

TLDR: too many bugs, unsatisfied customer, feels like the equivalent of a skeezy car dealer sold me a car with no transmission just to get it off the lot...
