Ok so I absolutely loved Oblivion. Spent many hours upon hours of wasted time sitting in front of the computer screen living the world of oblivion, the thieving system was magical all I ever did mostly. Sure oblivion had its problems and technical issues but it was VERY easy to over look them, for me. After playing the game long enough I started installing community mods to enrich the game play. Bethesda… PLEASE keep the modding community alive with Skyrim. If there is one thing I want over anything else is a large modding community. Now for the list of MY most wanted things in Skyrim.

I’ve always had a vision for my perfect game. I take bits and pieces from other games and put them together. I just hope the developers from Bethesda will incorporate as many of these items from my list as they can, or… at least the modding community later on .

These are not in a specific order.

1. Bigger map, Just Cause 2 should be a standard.

2. as much attention to detail as Oblivion, preferably more so. People, random useless items ect…

3. More physics in game. I want to be able to use my telekinetic powers to chuck a rock at someone and have them actually feel it. I want to be able to rip a tree out of the ground and hit something with it. Think black and white 2. I want my water spells to cause things around me to get wet. I want fire to set [censored] on fire (far cry?). I want my air spell to push someone physically away. Ragdolls are good .

4. Keep the many side quests such as becoming a thief, warrior, ect…

5. I don’t nessasarily want more factions. What I DO want is for the factions to interact with each other. I want to be walking in a forest and see a wolf hunt a deer. I want bandits attacking other npcs. I DO NOT WANT TO BE THE CENTER OF THE ENTIRE WORLD.

6. I DO NOT WANT TO BE THE CENTER OF THE ENTIRE WORLD! (main quest fine, everything else no.)

7. I want npcs to interact with each other. Yes I do find their dumb conversations to be funny.

8. NO MULTIPLAYER! NONE. DON’T DO IT. STAY AWAY. FOCUS ON SINGLE PLAYER PLEASE! Later on multiplayer would be great, but first and for most single player.

9. Keep it open world. Streamline the main quest but at any time I can walk away and have my own life within the game.

10. Real time economy for us traders. Think X3 Terran conflict, or The guild 2, I want to see AI trading goods by walking from city to city to town.

11. Survival mode. hardcoe sounds kinda odd. But yes I do want this to be difficult. hunger, sleep, and water are all a must.

12. Conjugation of more then one being. depending on amount of mana or something. I want to be able to Conjur many lesser beings like mini goblins or spiders. small army?

13. War between kingdoms? Or Goblin faction sending trolls or large packs to attack AI cities and towns. again focus is on AI vs AI

regarding the modding community, there is nothing bethesda can do to ensure it
what WE can do, though, is try and make it so every other mod isn't a female clothing mod
it is really up to US to keep the skyrim modding community alive and (more importantly) friendly.

Can you imagine how many threads there would be if everyone on this forum posted a thread of what THEY want the game to be like?

yes I totaly agree, but Bethesda did help alot by giving the community tools and makeing it some what accessible.
