Everytime I play Morrowind I find something I never found b4

I have played through morrowind several time over the years, and every time I play through Im encounter little things, and even quests i never found before, probably due to character choices or faction quests lines that split off. I can even say there are areas of morrowind/bloodmoon and tribunal expansion that I have never explored due to the sheer size and scope of the places. Every time I play I wonder what I will discover for the first time....

I dare say that Morrowind + expansions is the best single player experience Ive ever had. If only Zenimax could recreate that experience in ESO....

Much of the Morrowind map is available, but undeveloped, in the Dragonborn DLC for Skyrim.

The map view parameters just need some adjustment to make it all viewable.

Modders could make it happen too.

Ah, I dont plan on ever buying/playing skyrim. Too much immersion is lost with their quest marker system, for me.

And if you're like me, you'll forget where everything is! :P That's one way to get replay value...

Now I think I'll forever remember where Chrysamere is, as I accidentally stumbled to the right location with one character. I recognized the place from the layout already, and now I unfortunately remember where it is and how to get there easiest. :( I wouldn't want to remember these things at all.

Plus I don't think I've visited even nearly every dungeon. I've never played a systematic dungeon dweller; my characters usually just enter them for a reason. So, yes, with every character I play, I still find something new. :) Even if it's not material, it might be a new conclusion when reading an in-game book, or anything really.

It's just so immense! Honestly, it seems to me that uncovering everything in the game is such a daunting task... it may not be possible while still living a meaningful existence outside of Morrowind! Just covering every piece of lore in the game alone would take a very long time, indeed... longer still to understand it all!

I don't think I'll ever have that moment where I say to myself, "There! Now I've seen everything Morrowind has to offer!" Nope... don't see that happening... :D

Not to try to sell you on Skyrim, but if you do get it, turn the quest marker off and get http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/32695/? Even Better Quest Objectives. That mod makes the quest text actually give you directions so that you don't actually have to have the markers on to play the game. It's much more immersive that way.

...Morrowind still wins hands-down, but I figured that might be welcome info. ;)
