Execution of the script at any time.

What are the options for debugging your scripts? How to run a script at an unspecified time of the game? That is, requires that each script can be called at any time in the game.

Ideally I would like to create a custom console commands and output there, but I was told that was impossible.

Also on one of the forums I was asked to "hang" the script to use any one thing. For each script must be one type of object. That is, if you use one and the same object is called a script, "hung" on the subject. How do I do?

Apologize for the "rough" translation, I use a translator. On reading do not worry, write the text as you like, using any complex structures.
