Expanding Ballistic Weave Eligibility

I think it would be valuable to expand the list of outfits that are eligible for the Ballistic Weave modification.

The inclusion of the mod in to the game allows for a welcome flexibility in what your character can wear once enemies start to hit harder (also, who doesn't like reppin' the Atom Cats while taking down a Gunner enclave?). In many games, you are restricted to wearing the "best available" gear come end-game. The mod negates that restriction, which I found quite refreshing.

However, there are a few pieces of equipment that should definitely be included on the list.

For example: the Brotherhood Fatigues.

I found the fatigues to be one of the most aesthetically appealing outfits in the game. Unfortunately, at 10 resistance across the board, it's efficiency as a protective is out-shined by a piece of base leather on top of the starting vault suit. There's certainly room enough in the outfit to make the ballistic weave plausible, and I was honestly surprised to find out that it could not be modded.

Well, they can be worn under armour. Ballistic Weave is intended to let you convert outfits that can't be paired with armour into armoured ones. Presumably it should be possible to make a Fatigues -> Fatigues Outfit recipe for a workbench and make those new fatigues weaveable quite easily, worth giving it a poke yourself.

Thanks for responding to my post, TheTalkieToaster. I think you're misunderstanding. The Brotherhood Fatigues are a full outfit, with no armor slots (as opposed to, say, the Army Fatigues and Dirty Fatigues). They're a variant of the type of outfit that Lancer-Captain Kells wears, along with various other Brotherhood Initiates, etc. To give you an idea, they have a sort-of braided rope over one shoulder and are slightly billowy.

Also, I'm unable to do any sort of modding myself as I'm on PS4 (my computer can't run anything current-gen with any impressive measure of power) so I've decided to take this shot in the dark.

There should be a middle ground weave. That way we can actually buff up any piece of gear we want. Talkie toaster is thinking of the nice looking brotherhood outfits they can wear under combat armor. The orange/green/black stuff.

But yes, the system needs to be expanded to include just about anything.
