Just curious if anyone knows if there will be anymore expansion after dragonborn? Also just wanted to say if there is one then i hope you can change your characters appearance.

1) It has been said that there will be more content for Skyrim, but its nature has not been specified.
2) You can change your appearance in Dawnguard.
3) It would be incredibly stupid to stop developing Skyrim at the point it's still selling by the hundreds (if not thousands).

1. Nobody knows. We assume that there will be because otherwise Bethesda would have announced that it's the end of DLC, but wer don't have any official confirmation (aside from vague mentions about unspecified new content that could refer to just about anything, including a new patch).
2. You already can change your character's appearance: Dawnguard added a face sculptor in Riften.

You can already change your appearance with the Face Changer NPC introduced in Dawnguard.
