Does anyone have any feedback regarding this mod's performance or how it fares compatibility-wise (with lgnpc, romance mod, etc.)? I'm having difficulty finding any feedback/information, even in the readme.

It's a very new mod. Which is probably why there isn't much to find. It looks interesting to me, along with several of the author's other mods. But I haven't tried any of them as of yet.
