About 2 weeks ago my xp points quitgoing up I get no points for quests or when I kill anything any ideas how to fix this?

Do you have the Broken Steel DLC installed? Without it, the level cap is 20. With it, it gets bumped up to 30. It also lets you continue past the end of the main quest, otherwise it's "game over".
