I've had this avatar forever. I believe I found it on some random web-based rpg, liked it, and have used it ever since.

Mine is an astronaut in a strange color scheme. As for why it's my avatar, I'm not really sure. I just decided to use it.

the worst thing? i had a dream about my avatar.

my dream was odd and slightly absurd, i was wandering through the jungles of central america with http://g36grip.com/G36K_handgrip.JPG when i entered a clearing. I posted on these Bethesda Forums to give my progress, only for Rohugh to close my topic for spam. i closed up laptop and entered an aztec pyramid. within i found a burial chamber with tons of old Stone weapons and some pots and resins and some bandages of cloth. i opened up the coffin(cant spell sarcoughogus...lol) and saw this bandaged up figure that had cat ears! it started moving so i put my hand on her head and got my machete and cut some of the bandages binding her arms. she tore off the rest of the bandages. her eyes were still closed but her skin was blue with stripes and friggin blue hair, her eyes opened up, they were black with red. she started to smile and got up. i friggin ran out shooting my gun. I eventually got back to the nearby road where i flagged down a military truck, showed them my ID, they let me tag along to the nearby town where i got onto a plane. i was typing on my laptop when i decided to look out he window. my dream went all twilight zone on me. i screamed like a little girl when i saw the blue zombie chick looking in at me with an even brighter smile. when i got home to my apartment i ran to desktop computer to find her in my chair sleeping. i tried to slowly walk out of the room but i hit my foot on the door....the hilarity ensued, and things not appropiate for these forums..

I can honestly say I never realize that was an astronaut.

It's a brute from Dead Space. I picked it since their fighting style matches my style of play in any game, recklessly suicidal with absolutely no subtlety in accomplishing victory.

Thats an army helmet ?! Looked more like a Ushanka to me, or moterbike helmet. Also If I think im seeing things right, your saluting wrong (just nit picking). Or it could be my eyes.
I have no avatar, I canr find one I like, I shold make one, but I havent got photoshop and am lazy/not skilled enough to make anything good.

@Azeban I was thinking of Buying deadspace, I knew it was creepy, but not to bad I though. Then I saw the twitcher, [censored] me thats creepy.

My avatar is Kamineko from the Azumanga Daioh-anime. I just like the simplicity in that character. When I decide on what avatar to use, I pick one that I will stick with for a long time.

I thought the scene in "Harold and Kumar Go to white castle" where Neil Patrick Harris drives them to wherever while on shrooms and swerves really crazy and everyone freaks out and Neil says "Whoa did you see that unicorn I almost hit it." then he hallucinated himself riding a unicorn into the sunset.

Then for engineering class in school we had to make our own 'company' with the appropriate name and name for our product. We named our group "Rainbow Unicorn Alliance" Or RUA for short, and we built a submarine to defend the unicorns against http://io9.com/5092422/zombies-and-unicorns-battle-for-literary-supremacy. I Also discovered rainbow puke within that timeframe so I promptly googled a unicorn puking rainbows and set it as my avatar.
