Hey fellas,

Most of us have avatars on this forum. I was just wondering what they mean to you, and why they're there.

I've seen some with famous people or figures, some with themselves, and some with animals *points to the moderators with cat, bear, owl, and dragon avatars*

So, who or what is yours and why do you think it is a fitting representation of you on this forum?

Mine is quiet obviously Ezio Auditore Da Firenze from Assassins Creed 2. (Before I had one of Altair Ibn La Ahad from AC1) I really loved that game, and I totally dig stealth games in general. (Splinter Cell etc.)

Both my main Fallout 3 and main TES IV: Oblivion characters are stealth based. I thought it made sense.

Some Avatars are obvious, but my question is why that. So, what's yours?

It's a little chick dancing . . . or looking for something. I think it's a statement about how we are always looking for something in life, but can never find it, but that doesn't mean we shouldn't enjoy ourselves (or dance) along the way. It's about how man can be driven by a goal, but life isn't about one goal, it's about simply living, and I think the philosophy behind the avatar is what drew me to it. Also it's [censored] adorable.

i just liked the way it looked, mainly the eyes...

y'all do know i go for the most absurd of avatars though, from the Pimpin Darth Vader, the squirrel with a coconut for a head, to the march hare.

although i do have a few Colonel Radec avatars, but thats cause i love Killzone 2, and I have always liked his character in particular.

But Stalin is Russian and Mario is Italian..

Stalin was the ruler of the USSR, Mario was a plumber.

Mine is Dexter Morgan from none other than Dexter.Why do I have it set as my avatar? Recently I have really gotten into the show.I suppose I have some similarities to Dexter,I am a bit of a loner who prefers to keep who he really is to himself.Of course I am no serial killer........... or am I. :ninja:

Mine is just the awesome that the daggerfall boxart is. With glowing green eyes to go with my signature. All I need now is a green font username.

I used the Oblivion Marksman skill as an avatar before the update, as it is my style in games to stay in the background and shoot them where it hurts. It was lost with the update, i use this one since i like it :shrug: I was planning on switching to the khajiit avatar, as i've really started to like those ...people? :unsure:

I thought about doing that too.

Mine's a character I played in Oblivion, using a playable Dremora mod. I picked this one because I think he's teh kewl.
