Explorer Perk?

Im stuck at work so I cant go and look and am also not seeing anything about it online but is the explorer perk or some version of it in fallout 4? Loved in in fallout 3 and will be really sad if its gone

If you are using the PC version, there is a console command if I recall correctly. Just type tmm 1.
