Explosive Potions

Post » Sat Dec 19, 2009 5:11 pm

I voted no. I think explosives (any kind of) should be left aside from the TES world. I don't think it's lore-friendly, and I don't think it suits well at all with the TES world for that reason.

Having explosives makes it feel as if it slowly turns into Fable... please don't! Keep TES the way it has been before, without any kind of explosives.

Yes, as long as they aren't grenades with another name. A system similar to Dragon Age's "grenades" would be interesting though. No explosions: but say, Fire Damage in a radius of 10ft.

And, like not-grenades, they should shatter on impact - they can't be "readied" or anything.

And no [censored] "potion launchers" or [censored] like that.

And I want to be able to make invisibility not-grenades.

I don't see anything Magic can't do compared to these explosive potions...

The idea of adding making skills assist you with other skills is certainly something they need to implement, smoke bombs would be a cool idea for a thieving class, not sure about grenades though, it depends on how they would make them work, though i don't like the idea of them

It worked in Dragon Age, it could probably work in TES as well.

It also worked in diablo 2

Grenades but not guns?

Typical Elder Scrolls fans...

There's plenty RPG's that had/have this, and in many cases (like Dragon Age) it worked rather well.

I really don't see how this would have anything to do with guns.
