Extended Char edit

I've been using a custom race for the last year or so. I'm finally ready to make a new character and I want to make use of the extended character edit this time around. I got it all installed, worked out the bugs but now I have a problem. I also use xp32 skeleton, animation packs and so on. They work amazingly well but I can't seem to combine them. I can't get the extended character edit to work on non vanilla races, and I can't seem to get the animation packs to work on the vanilla races. when I install them with PCEA set to "vanilla", FNIS gives me an error that it ticked but didn't install. I tried using the ygnord but that runs into different problems. It runs the animation and extended character but NOT the UNP body or the SG textures as far as I can tell. I consider myself an average mod user but this one has me stumped. I'd sincerely appreciate some help if someone has the know-how and time to explain it. If it makes a difference, I don't much care if my character isn't "unique" with it's animation and textures. So if they're set to global I am ok with that.
