This was a bug that was reported and acknowledged by Crytek during the Open Beta and it still has not been resolved. When you equip a laser sight to your weapon, extended mags no longer works.

I think we should start with a pinned thread where people post their bugs, keep it strongly moderated so that only bug reporting post are there. And than once we have a thread like that we can summarize.
