I am curious if anyone knows of a mod to extend the time on the wait menu for more than 24 hours.

Fallout 3 had one where you could wait multiple days at a time, rather than having to keep bringing up

the menu.

Can anyone point me to a mod like that for Oblivion? Looked all over nexus and had no luck finding one.

You could try Less Healthful Rest - that's what I use, and it lets you rest for as long as you want The default time is 8 hours, but you can halve/double it, or add +/-1 hour at a time, so you can choose 8 or 10 and keep doubling it until you get the desired number.
