In the Exterior Cell window is a check box for Map Color, and an associated selectable color. Does this actually do anything? Changing this color does not appear to do anything to either the "Local" or "World" maps.

I thought it had to do with the Region Painter map, but upon inspection the colors do not seem to match with that map.

I don't think Map Color means anything. It might just be an unused feature.
