Ok I'm wandering around the wasteland and I come across caravanner with Gomorrah and the tops cards? can anyone tell me what they're for and how i use them? I'm going for the get banned from all places on the strip achievement

They're for Caravan. I couldn't tell you the specific advantages of using different deck cards, since the starting deck Ringo gives me from the Tops has always let me win Caravan games.

Damn i was hoping you could slip them up your sleeve in blackjack or something to cheat because every now and again the tables say something about the people checking the deck

its for caravan as stated and they do nothing just pretty pictures....
i have since stopped buying them waste of my 2 caps.....
