I recall there is some way to extract the list of items, actors etc from the construction set into a text file which I think can then go into an excel.

I completely cannot remember how to do that.

Hm. Thanks but that gives just a garbled single file.

I seem to recall that you had to do each category one by one but the result was a nice file with all the info as in the count, description etc in columns which was quite convinient for excelizing.

Any clue how to do this?

But, except for the Count, you have lots of info in that txt file.
And it is tab-delimited, so it imports nicely into Excell
