In the Cistern theres a note sitting on a barrel near the archer targets and it says "Eye's Open". It reads "keep an eye on Sapphire, theres more to her than meets the eye". I know about her sad past and how she robbed Shadr's caravan , but is there something else that you need to discover on your own? If there is just give me a hint and I'll do the rest.
