I just looked at the ESO Character Creation Trailer on YouTube by IGN once again and noticed that on a customized High Elf for a few seconds it seems to look like an Eye Patch! I really hope there is so players can get quite a "Pirate-y" and Bandit feel for their characters. I hope it's for all races where you can choose an Eye Patch. I would post a link to the video and tell you guys what time it's in the video but I don't think I can do that but hopefully you guys see the video and look closely at this Eye Patch at around 1:41 in the video.

Might be an wearable item in-game, but dunno if you can pick from character selection. Will have to watch the video again.

That's interesting actually, the eye patch is in character creation screen, so it could be a feature you can add, or it could just be randomised gear to show you the variation, rather than showing your character in rags.
