Trying to buy Eyes of Midnight from Ita Rienus from the Bravil Mage's College. I'm not a member of the Guild and she spends all day in the locked basemant. When she does come out I can't buy spells. On the UESP it says her services are from 6am to 6pm so I can't buy spells from her and can't see anyone else to buy from. Any ideas? Xbox so no mods.

You can get Eyes of Eventide (Night-Eye for 15 seconds) from Delphine Jend in the Bravil Mages Guild, Ungarion in the Warlock's Luck (also in Bravil), or Calandil in the Mystic Emporium (IC Market District). If you're in the Dark Brotherhood, you can get Void Gazer (Night-Eye for 150 seconds) from M'raaj-Dar. If you have the Wizard's Tower DLC, you can buy Eyes of Midnight from Aurelinwae in the Mystic Emporium.

If you join the Guild, you get the master key that unlocks the basemant door unless you don't want to join RP-wise.

Yeah, unless you have a roleplay reason not to join the guild, that's the solution. You can use the guild services without ever doing a guild quest.
