Don't really get a point of this thread... You didn't pay for a Free to play game?

Don't you get it? You've to pay for new weapons that are a whole bunch better than actual weapons. The game is now like Battlefield Heroes or Battlefield Free2Play.

The only thing that makes it more worse is that you've had to pay once to buy the game.

DLCs are fine until you are able to download maps, skins and other stuffs, but new, overpowered weapons are the **** wrong way to deal with this.

Deleted the game now... Before this DLC it was fun playing some rounds on the weeksends, now this is complete ****.

So what a lot of people bought the DLC to sufficiently piss you off so much with the new weapon? As far as I can tell in servers I'm the only one with the new gun... Where are my fellow DLC players hiding?

With the FY71, everything has changed. I thought CRYTEK would at least tyr to fix what they have broken, or at least, DON NOTHING IF THEY ARE INCAPABLE.

Well no one is forcing you to buy the DLC anyway and I fail to see how it's anything like Battlefield Free2Play the gun is included with the map pack you are not purchasing it individually or given the chance to rent it with earned points.

Anyway you don't have the pack so where are you getting your info from? To be frank you are whinging because you are to cheap to buy it. yes the FY71 has quite a bit of power but has quite a lot of recoil over distances and has a small mag so I really don't know where you are getting overpowered from it has flaws like every other gun in the game.

That's the thing, by upsetting game balance with a DLC weapon you ARE forcing people to buy the DLC if they want to remain competitive.

And again, i'm not whining because of the weapon... Still got my average of 5.00 KD after the DLC... Its just the point that i'm not paying for another weapon... Though I do agree that they should have paypal for DLC, its hard to understand apart from their cheapness why they don't. Not everyone has a credit card.

No. Warhead was an expansion. This is DLC, in which people who have the new weapons are mixed with people who do not. This wouldn't be an issue if they were balanced, but this is not the case.

Adding weapon skins as a DLC - fine with me. Hell, im even both hands for it, more money for the devs and etc.

And it will generate more revenue than the both DLC's combined.

Agreed entirely with MMAMickey. The problem with a DLC weapon is that they can use it against players who do not have access to it. The fact that the FY71 happens to be overpowered makes the situation even worse.

People who do not want to buy DLC for whatever reason still have to interact with this unbalanced weapon and play against people using it.

Well like he really does not have to buy the DLC and can go to servers that don't have it enabled But what I am saying is if you look at the DLC it's a map pack first and foremost the gun is nice little add on that no one is paying for success in the game I am simply pointing out that the game is not using a F2P model the gun is not a single purchase. The game can be played without purchase so really you misinterpreted what I said that more as a joke.....and thanks for calling me stupid by the way

Actually yes it does thats the whole point of balance , each gun has its own pros and cons like in any game and if you are good enough you can get around the cons.

TBH people i dont see whats the fuzz in here. Personaly i don't even like FY71 because its weak and it has low magazine. Grendel raqes FY71 at any day or night pared with fire from hip or Scarab with weapon pro. Up close with grendel u can kill with 1 click while u have to shoot em for like 4 times with FY71. Scarab is way faster then FY71 and 2 shots to the head with third shot to chest u will kill with scarab while u do the same with FY71 but way slower
I think that if ur skilled enough with ur aiming and moving, u can raqe everyone that wears FY71. In other words it gives me even more adrenaline and happy feeling because they bought a weapon and im still raping their bums
