From what I can see it is a remake of the original Fable but with much better graphics and animation.

I've not placed the first Fable other than the very beginning which seemed pretty good and I'm told the game as a whole was excellent. I played Fable 2 which was amazing so feeling hopeful I'm really looking forward to the remake.

I hope they make a PC port. I'm currently playing Fable III on PC (don't know why they skipped porting Fable II for PC). The gameplay is really weak compared to the first game. Would love to see an HD remake.

I really wish they would release it on Xbox One, The nostalgia would be through the roof.

I am glad Peter quit too, he ruined Fable. I really hate how the new fable looks. When they announced it at E3 I was really hoping for Fable 4, without molyneux there it could of been good.

Also the games get progressively more technological. The first one was Medieval, the second moved more into Colonial times and the 3rd was a lot like the Industrial Revolution. I am still not sure if it was a good move to do it that way but Fable II is my favorite one.
