Fable III

if it can wait until the weekend I"ll do it with you

there's a few stuff I want to transfer over from character to character

Yeah, I am likely going to import 1mil or so to a new character, invest themoney and speed the game up, after achivements, im just making one or two main characters, then I guess I will wait for the dlc.
Weekend is fine, I still need to find more legendary items.

100% agree. Also I am getting the same feeling I did after Fable 2,no motivation to keep playing.

Yeah, nothing to do except work on achivements, I guess I should get more guild seals but I dont feel I need the upgrades at all...

okay sounds good

I have a question for anyone willing to answer it

that suit that the character is wearing on the Front Cover and I believe he's wearing it on the back cover as well, is that something you can actually get in the game? It looks like a pretty cool outfit, the picture on the back shows the character wearing it ingame so I'm curious if at any point you can get it

thanks

The outfit if I am not mistaken is one of two you can choose from in the very beginning of the game.

Got a copy sent to me this week. Not sure when I'll have time to get to it (I'm currently playing Vanquish, another New Vegas character, Super Meat Boy, and going to start hammering through some DLC for Read Dead, Borderlands, and GTA IV).

I'm not getting it, i might rent it at best. From the reviews I hear the main quest is ok, the combat and voice acting are good but graphics are somewhat lacking and the game is very disjointed. For example later on youll be king making decisions then you an run round half naked in the streets. Like all molly games it promised more than it could deliver. Maybe the heads of the company should just make a joint decision to fire Peter. Hes doing nothing but harming the company's reputation. Either that or stick tape over his mouth and not let him (or his son) to talk about games being developed.

Does anyone know why I can't play multiplayer with my friend? It keeps saying we don't have the same downloadable content. After googling it seems we both need the free weapon pack but we bothhave that. I have the collectors edition so have more stuff but surely that shouldn't stop us playing coop?

I had the same issue, the CE stops you playing, it gets worse when you delete it, because then your game wont load until you reinstall. Meaning to play you will likely have to delete everything, not installthe dlc, and then start again.

Yup, it's the CE's fault. That was the sole reason I bought the normal edition.

Edit: @ The guys who want to trade weapons: Im also fully willing to trade weapons too. Just note that I have no mic, so I can't talk back. I can only hear. I'll just follow orders. But, you will need to help me with two things:

1. Become my business partner

2. Help me unlock the Mistpeak Valley Demon Door.

After that, my weapons are all yours. :D

Also, anyone notice how beautiful the music is when you're in cities? A lovely addition to the soundtrack. If only I could get all the villagers to shut up. :P

Actually, the villagers are incredibly funny too. The gnomes are also pretty funny.

I think the sound, music, and voice-acting in this game are superb. Anyone else notice the audio aspects, or am I the only one?

Thanks for the info about the CE. Does it at least mean I can play online with other people who have the CE though? Or am I never going to be able to play coop?

That is the Military Suit. Yes, you can get it in the game. You have to open one of the Demon Doors for it though, I forgot which one has it. It might be the one in Brightwall, but Im not sure. Could be the one in Sunset House(?).

If you chose to open one, there should be one in Bowerstone Industrial. Although in my game, it's the site of a [censored]house. :P

You could always just have another kid. Might take a while in-game, but still.

if is it the one in Brightwall how would I open it? I went to it and it's asking me for innocence and seeing goodness not matter what size which leads me to believe it wants to see a Child but I can't get any of the kids to follow me

unless it wants something else?

Ah so thats where it was, I chose the orphanage for the achievement it can give and also I tried several times, my hero just svcks at having a family, dating is an escort quest pretty much, so first time the woman died... Second try turned out she was gay, thrd time, child glitched and it didnt let me interact and take them to the door, also it takes agbes for kids to grow ingame.

You need to have a kid, then take it to the door.

Yea, show him your kid. Your own, not anyone else's. Also, listen to his whole speech, it's very funny.

Yeah, reward is a couple guild seals and potions, I just checked. I found the speech incredibly funny. The sounds he made were

Edit: The military outfit could be in Mourningwood but I strongly doubt it.
Spoiler
The one where all you have to do is unsheathe your sword, and you get a weapon, if I remember correctly.

So, take out Sunset House, Millsfield, Mistpeak Valley and Brightwall.

Could it be possible that demon doors have different rewards in different games?

P.S: I just got the Dragonstomper .48. Strongest pistol in the game, to my knowledge. 121 damage with upgrade. :celebration:

Double Edit: I just re-checked. The Military Suit is in Mourningwood. I confirmed it, it is in Mourningwood demon door. You need level 5 Melee, or Ranged weapon skill. Show the door your weapon, and you'll get it.

http://fable.wikia.com/wiki/List_of_Demon_Doors_(Fable_III) It will show you how to open them, and the rewards they hold, so mini-spoiler.

I use Avo's Lamentation too. Fully upgraded. :D

I don't mind coming online to help with the demon door, but I have no mic. I must warn you though; the door requires you to use the love expressions on the other user, so unless you have a female hero, things will get incredibly uncomfortable. I love all the forumites here as brothers (and sisters) but I don't think Im exactly willing to go the distance. :P

Add me up anyway. But let me tell you, you can open it by simply putting in another controller and using a guest character to unlock the door. Gamertag is in profile. I'll come online in a bit, if you're willing.

You have the choice to either marry, or perform all possible love expressions. I think marriage isn't that bad though, as there's a separate achievement for that too.
