i have purchased a copy of fallout 4 and once everything is installed where it goes to choose your character all i can see is the outline of the face and nothing else. at first i thought it was part of the game but when i just confirm the character all i see is a green dot in the middle of my screen. I have contacted Playstation and they have after a lengthy process they have assured me it is not a system issue. can you please help as i have scheduled my vacation upon the release of this awesome game.

Reinstall! Fun, I know, but it's step one with huge breaks like that.

i have tired the reinstall 3 times and erased any saved data of the game from my playstation but it still remains the same
