Basis Of Build:
- Energy weapons
- Explosives
- Speech
- Medicine
- Repair
- Lockpick to 75
As it is an E-Weaps Build, I have put together the list of Perks already as well as my Weapons Loadout (YCS-186, Tesla-Baton Prototype). I will not be using a Sidearm as That ammo will be converted into the bigger Rounds and It's easier to create. Also, since I am Curious about the Explosives Line, would that line aid me in any way, or am I just wasting time with that and go with something like Unarmed or Melee Weapons since I'm not hauling around a Sidearm?
