I don't know, I'm still thinking the history stuff over. It has to be good, I don't want something with no thought put into it. Even if it is just a video game.

well they seem like people who would travel more then stay in one place. You could say there a large caravan who only stay in one place for a week to prevent from being sieged by the enclave. They use old fashion 18 wheeler trucks to get from one place to another. They use vertibirds as guards when the caravan is moving. The Caravan has a total of 15 trucks and 5 Vertibirds. In resent years the group has come on tough times because of constant raids by enclave soldiers. they have gone from constant attackers to hiding cockroaches. This has made them curious of the south as the further they head tords it the less the enclave attack.

That's really good. A army/ caravan, that was carrying 200 soldiers and 80 cilvillians, was cut off from the rest of the force at the main base, so looking for a place to regroup they headed south to regroup and ulitamtly head back to renforce the main army. When they came south they saw that there were more factions roaming the wasteland that would make valuable allies, they set up a small fort and set out to become more aqaunted with the other factions. A few months later they recive news from the main force that the Enclave has moved south which makes them the new front line. During that time some of the familes that had come down with the caravan had made a living farming in the more ferttile southren gorund so inseded of retreating they stayed to protect their new sorce of income.

TUNNEL SNAKES


Coming from a vault in the Tunnel snakes are one of the largest Raider gangs in the east. There leader is Wally Mack (the first leader left to help a friend) who threw strict rule and wise business plans became the leader of one of the greatest Raider gangs in the east. Unlike most raider gangs there clean and organized instead of sloppy and random. Most members are very talented with daggers and small guns and they are good mechanics. They do far are the only raiders who use vehicles in the east. There main transports are motorcycles. thanks to these they have spread and grown bigger. The only thing next is to go west.

Would these raiders happen to come from vault 101 and all have a pompaduor haircut? And was the first leader's name Butch Deloria?

The New Kingdom of France

A group of raiders were wandering when they stumbled upon Harvard University and decided to make that their headquarters in the year 2145. By the year 2197 they were a small community, all able to read, write, and speak English, French, and (they're version of) Latin. They lived as a type of monarch (although it was never openly talked about). When their leader was killed by a Commonwealth agent due to not being able to negtioate a deal his son who was absessed with great military leaders took power. He modeled his new army after the French Empire and renamed himself Napoleon. When the Commonwealth came marching to their territory he had his new empire flee to Conneticut where they completely took over all of that state, Rhode Island, and alittle part of New York. They attempt to befriend settlements and factions but then turn on them and take it over when they least suspect. They teach their offspring that the Commonwealth is an army of bloodthirsty cannibals who will murder you and your family if given the chance, leading to the extreme amount of hate between the two factions.

The Eagle Legion




This is part of Ceaser's Legion. After they were defeted at Hover Dam and had almost all of thier leaders killed, they retreated to Arizona. There they were safe from the newly indepentent New Vegas while it concerned it self on Reistablishing concetions with the NCR. Knowing that it was only a matter of time until the NCR or New Vegas Millitary and Defence Department (aka. NVMDD) tryed to expand thier borders. They new they need new land, so the new Ceaser (known as Agustus) sent a legion east to find new lands to settle. Unlike first Ceaser, Agustus was more instresed in forming his empire after the true Romans which he had lernt from in a pre-war history book. So he set out building his own Rome, which he called Haven City. It took him several years to get started but soon Haven City was a booming capital of the Wasteland. When he wanted to expand the walls of Haven City he found that he simply didn't have enough resorces to finish his dream plan. So he sent his best legion east in search of new lands to claim as their own. When this legion came closer to the East Coast they had already made a road of civilsation straight through the wasteland. The leader of the legion sent a large group of slodiers ahead of them to scout out the area. When they never returned he sent a smaller group to go find out what happened to them. Of the 500 soldiers sent ahead only 6 returned to tell that only savages and beast of evil live beyond the point where they were camped. The leader than sent a message back to Ceaser Agustus that he would begin buliding a wall that cut off all contact with the other side. This later became known as Hadrian's Wall, after the leader of the legion that bulit it. It was here that the Eagle Legion made contact with the Enclave, BoS, and later the Resistance.

The Yankees.

A large settlement of ghouls in and around Yankee Stadium that dominate most of the ruins in the Bronx. They send many small scavenger teams into the uncontrolled areas of the Bronx, called the Ruins, and into other Burrows. Eventually they were able to make contact with a large settlement in Manhattan called New Atlantic. They had an uneasy treaty at first, trading food, water, ammuntition, and guns to each other. When the Yankees resources began to run dry and they had nothing to trade to New Atlantic a war broke out. The scavenger teams were changed into heist teams as they had to sneak behind enemy territory to steal supplies. After amany years of fighting New Atlantic began running low on resources as well and they had to retreat into their own territory just to keep his troops armed and fed. Eventually the Commonwealth showed up, abloishing the Yankees and forcing New Atlantic to retreat.

New Atlantic.

Before the war three Vaults were placed in Manhattan, one was supposed to help people, the other was meant to see what people did when they had 1,000 people and a little less than enough food to feed 500 people, and the third one was designed to see how people reacted with almost everything being military propaganda. All three vaults survived and united to form New Atlantic in 2198. They thrived as a civilization, destroying many raider groups and bringing a few sttlements into their country. But soon the Yankees arrived and after years of New Atlantic cheating them of their fair share of exports the Yankees crumbled as a country. New Atlkantic then declared war, but after many years of fighting and the Yankees having people steal supplies they ended up in the same situation. In 2245 the Commonwealth showed up and destroyed the Yankees, and then attacked New Atlantic who fled to a suburb several miles from New York City, desiring to retake their holy land (Manhattan) from the 'evil Commonwealth' and have been preparing for an all out war ever since.

THE CRUSADER STATES




This group of unifed city-states is the largest armed force in the U.S. Coming from France, Italy, England, and Germany. Coming to America in search of the people responsable for the Great War. In 2102 they came to America from Europe, which had not suffered like China and America in the Great War, to put the people responsable to justice. Attacking and caputering several of the war stricen citys of the american East-Coast, they made their cliam in America. Dividing the land among them they formed New Jerusalem (formaly New York), New Acre (formaly Philidelphia), New Tripoli (formaly Buffalo), and New Antioch (formaly Boston). After sixteen years of being in America they had doubled their size from those four cities to several states. After seventy years of being in America they're borders strechted from Vermont all the way to Florida and west to the edges of Tennessee. After finding that the Enclave was what was left of those responsable for the Great War, they went to war agenst them. Kill not only them but also anyone that stood in their way of doing so. This inculded several BoS chapters. Later they allied them selves with the Commonwealth and the Resistance. Within ninty years they had taken full control of the entier East Coast. With the Enclave o nthe Retreat they turned their attention to Their allies. Forcing them out they started a war aginst them. With no allies left many of their defeated or enslaved populace stood up to fight them. Some forming their own groups of rebles other joing the Resistance.

Life In RCI is wonderful. Vegetation grows and the people live with the wildlife. RCI gets power from multiple sources like solar plants on the islands, Nuclear power from an old nuclear sub, and methane from pig crap(got idea from Mad Max 3). Methane is also its supply of fuel for the vehicles and ships. The goverment is similar to U.S. Avalon has its own tv station and radio. More to come. There are 8 islands. Santa Catalina Island is where the capital Avalon is l and goverment is and civiliian population. San Miguel Santa Rosa Santa Cruz and Anacapa Islands is where both Military and civiliians farmers miners woodcutters and such work. Santa Barbara San Nicholas and San Clemente islands is where the beach houses are.

Fallout 1 to 2 History
After the Anchorage Reclamation, the government ordered the Navy and Marines to be prepared for a invasion on China.The California Channel Islands were the training center and preparation center. The
date to launch was October 24 but on October 23, the missiles were launched. E2 Hawkeyes on flight run detected the missiles. Admiral Mike H Shida of The Us Navy and Marine General John M
Wenton mobilized AA Defenses to destroy the warheads. Nuclear Missiles from China were heading towards U.S.A. and only 56 were destroyed. One missile hittted fleet destroying half of the fleet. As the US Navy tried to contact military bases on
California, it was evident that they were destroyed. Though one stood out, Avalon. Avalon survived from the missile attack as Navy and Marines saw the Avalon tower standing. Admiral Mike H Shida was awed that it still standed. He soon knew we could rebuild civilization. The citizens of Avalon praised them as heroes. Eventually, they decided to create the Republic of Channel Islands under Senator Robert Henderson who lived on Avalon. Over the years, they built towns and military bases on the other Channel Islands having prosperity for years to come. While that though, President Henderson decided to prepare for taking over Hawaii and surrounding islands. But in 2241, the RCI finds the former American Goverment the Enclave. President Henderson, Admiral Mike H Shida, and General John M Wenton immediately in excitement pledged there support to the Enclave. Many personnel of the US Navy and Marines and citizens of Avalon were awed to find the American Government Standing. Though after handing control, they started to question the Enclave. RCI Researchers were stunned of what the Enclave was doing to innocent citizens of the California wastes testing them with the FEV, RCI Marines were shocked how the Envlave massarcred a peaceful tribal village. Admiral Shida questioned them. Some were godly obedient to the Enclave since being the American Goverment and even lashed out against anyone who questioned them. General Wenton a Pre-War American Loyalist even got into an argument with Admiral Shida. Here the Chosen One intervenes deciding the fate of Fallout 2

Recent History
In 2242 the RCI made contact with NCR. An alliance was made if NCR supplies materials for building vehicles ships aircraft and engines and allow travel in territories while the RCI uses it Navy and Air power to help NCR and allow travel through RCI. On 2266, the RCI conquered a island west of Channel Islands. On 2277, the First Battle of Hoover Dam erupted and RCI Navy Seals, Marines, and Air Naval Gunfire Company were deployed. The battle was won with no losses on NCR and brutal casualties on Caesar Legion only a gunshot wound on a RCI Medic and a RCI Marine MIA. The RCI is also in war with the raider group, the Sea Serpents on Hawaii and are currently scouting islands. On 2281, the Legion was pushed back to its borders with only a small fort(not THE FORT in NEW VEGAS) overlooking Hoover Dam. Here, the Courier who was dug out now decide the fate of New Vegas.

Fallout 2 Quests
Blind Patriotism - Approached by a RCI Marine, he asks you to help out in a situation or walk away. Talk to General Wenton, he wants you to eliminate the Admiral Shida and 7 core people of a the conspiracy against there new masters the Enclave and will give you a M4A1 ACOG Silenced for the assassination job and locations of them. Talk to the approaching RCI Sailor and will tell you not to trust General Wenton and to come with him or walk away and do assassination job. Talk to Admiral Shida and if you encountered the Enclave, tell them of there acts on the Mainland. He will then tell you to assasinate General Wenton and other higher ups of the Enclave, Destroy the Enclave Oil Rig and (optional)kill all Navarro Enclave Baseman. You Get 7000 XP.

Side with Wenton Ending 1 - WIth Admiral Shida dead and the other conspirators, most of RCI became a police state. Riots across RCI occured and others who supported Admiral Shida. Eventually after the revolters were executed and balance in RCI stabilized, Avalon became the capital of The Enclave and all RCI Military assisted the Enclave. Then The Enclave released there poison gas killing most wastelanders in America but also around the world due to it was airborne. The Enclave and RCI became the new people on California. If a pic was made for this, it shows an Enclave Vertibird landing on the NCR Capital bodies of dead NCR Citizens and President Tandi.

Side with Shida Ending 2 - Killing Wenton and destroying the Oil Rig prevented another mass killing. NCR and RCI MIlitary destroyed Navarro. NCR became the leading body on California while the RCI started its campagin for Hawaii an other islands. If a pic was made for this, it shows a fleet of RCI ships heading towards Hawaii.


Do nothing Ending 3 - The Chosen one did nothing but destroy the Oil Rig. After that Wenton blamed Shida on the oil rig destruction and RCI fell into civil war. NCR was neutral and tried to ask to resolve this peacefully but failed. Eventually the revolt destroyed the city of Avalon and made citizens angry and moved away and go to NCR. After the civil war few survivors from both sides survived. NCR moved in by asking PMZ Valdez for transport. As RCI Citizens and former soldiers saw the NCR flag go high, they were saddened as there great Air and Seapower Republic fell as Admiral Shida wanted to rebuild civilization. Fallout New Vegas Quests
We Wont Leave You Behind - Get Idolized Reputation from NCR. A member of Seal Team 3 will take you to Camp Shida ask you to find RCI Marine Lt John Breckenridge or walk away. Investigate and ask the Breckenridges squad members if they saw anything. Pvt Johnson says he remembers seeing Breckenridge walking inside Hoover Dam for a piss and not coming out. There you find small blood stains on the bathroom saying,"Hostage, Caesar Legions". A disguised Legion members tries to attack you and kill him. You find 2 notes. First note saying to clean up evidence. Second note Saying "we will get that bastard for the death of Centurion Mercury we will torture him and kill him at the Fort". Tell to Pvt Johnson, you will then go to base. Seal Team 3 ask you accompany them on a rescue mission. You get free Seal Gear. You guys climb up a cliff on the fort and kill them silently. Then you find Lt Breckenridge and rescue him. You guys then have to wait for Vertibird airlift while defending your selves from the Legion. You guys arrive at Camp Shida and you get Trusted Reputation from RCI, 3000 Caps, and Navy Seal Gear and discounted buys from Camp Shida Armaments, Lt Breckenridge as a companion and Seal Team 3 teach how to climb cliffs and mountains gaining the perk "Rock Climber" or have higher defence getting "Last Stand".

Companion Quest Atrocities - Breckenridge will tell of the Atrocities on a island campaign.(More to Come)

Fallout New Vegas Endings

NCR Ending - After the Second Battle of Hoover Dam, Caesar Legions was brutally massacred. 2 months later NCR and RCI invaded Caesar Legion territory. Within 1 month, Caesar Legion was wiped out. Though it proved to big for NCR to hold and the Caesar Legion territory's erupted with riots. NCR left and New Camp Shida in Arizona dealt with it. RCI Land forces showed the power of its Army. Eventually all of Caesar territory's became part of RCI gaining citizens, soldiers, and finding tech from abandoned goverment bases. If a pic was made, it shows people getting inducted into RCI.

Caesar Legion Ending - After the Second Battle of Hoover Dam, Caesar Legion swept through the Mojave Wasteland. Camp Shida defended to the last man even though with its Artillery, RCI planes were out of reach and half of the fleet was on a campaign for Hawaii. The Boomers rattled the camp with its artillery and B-52 bomber. RCI was stunned as they never lost a battle before. If a pic was made, it show RCI Marines and Special forces hung on Cross on I-15 and I-85.
