You were okay, but his idea that an the Enclave suddenly have an entire regiment of soldiers desert and wage war against the Enclave when the Enclave is known to have less than 1000 people total. Even less now after they have been wiped out 3 times.

I have been mulling over ideas, and i had a little chat about Talon Company, fleshing them out, offered a little criticism, and pointed out the rule in the topic description.

Okay, those are all good points and I will stick to topic canon from now on. And I will also try to make my factions ideas true to the game.

The Brotherhood

The Brotherhood is pre-war group of people that have safe-guarded the worlds freedoms. Everytime a major faction has risen to they were there to keep them in check. With no formal bases or citys they are spread across the world. The majority of their forces are based around the West Coast and Chicago areas. Being only a myth to outsiders they work in the dark to serve the light. They favor no side in a confict and would rather destroy someone than ally with them. They whisper into the ears of top politcal figures and stab others while they sleep. They have been the rise and fall of empires. No one knows who they are or where they were founded. Ceaser sent a leigion of his finest to discover if they were real and none returned. The NCR and BoS did similary and the samething happened. There are rumors that they are lead by a infamous young criminal named Altair, other think the leaders is an exiled BoS Palaiden named Hawke, others still think it might a super mutant revilutationary. Though the few who had started to point fingers soon disiapered. The only member that has every went rouge died on in a oil rig exlposion. While many people thinkthey are a myth the Brotherhood stands alwasy ready to pull the string to sent a faction crumbling to is end, or to lay a stable foundation for another where and older one once stood. They never leave one faction in power for too long, alowing them to stay in power while they are of use. They have avoided and stared wars. The Brotherhood is the best last hope for humanity.

They are just ideas not everyone has to like them, and I thought that one was pertty good. I made sure it was Something new that still followed the lore of the game.

You mean a story that retconns the entire idea of development and progress by saying that an uber-powerful random shadow faction makes it so? not to mention you completely ripped the premise from Assassins Creed, you... did the exact opposite of what you think you did.

Look at the words PRE-WAR, Assassin's Creed and The Brotherhood could be one and the same. And they not uber-powerful. They small but effective

I cant even assemble a response, i just cant understand how you can piece this stuff together, it is beyond me, or perhaps too convoluted for my understanding, i will go with the latter, i sincerely hope i am not the only one this confused.

But that is just it, they aren't possible, they directly contradict lore, and lore is law.

I don't want to sound stubron or anti-loreish or what ever but I don't see how the last one went aginst lore. Two of my ideas did I know that but the other two? Please don't get upest or anything over this I just fail to see your point

Not really, well yeah, I see what your getting at. They can't stop anything but they do help change things. They never do anything derectly, they help others to get what they want, I kind of made a refrence that they had something to do with the Enclaves Oil Rig desruction. Okay it's not perffect

It's a pretty bad idea, I mean it could work (with a lot of revision) but it's highly doubtful for several reasons:

1, The whole faction idea is pretty much a copypasta of the Templars from AC.
2, The idea that such an organisation would be able to form so quickly after a nuclear war is also pretty silly.
3, It contradicts canon somewhat.

Sure, a few of the ideas posted here are pretty naff/overpowered/Mary Sueish but yours just seems to be a tad too unoriginal/unrealistic.
