Please tell me if this idea is contrast to game lore and how so I might fix it.


The Ring of Five
The Ring of Five is a mercenary cult that specializes in espionage and assassination. They are the best of the best if you want someone to disappear, granted of course that you have the money. They are lead by five separate people who command one of the five orders of the ring. The most prestiges are in this order, Assassination, Espionage, Theift, and Sabatoge. The last order is made of a small band of elite soldiers that protect the Ring Leaders. Unlike most PMC's the person sent to do the requiered job is not paid, rather the Ring that the person comes from is paid. Then the Ring buys equipment and lodgeing for all the members of that Ring. The higher ranking in a Ring you are, the better equipment and housing you get. The ranking of members is based on time of imployment and the number of successful mission the person has acomplished. This list of ranks is from highest to lowest. The best are the Adepts, next are the Disciples, following them are the Sergents, and the newset members are the Novices. The the person buying the serveses of the Ring can ask for any ranked member to do the the job asked for, thought the higher ranking member you ask for, the higher the price for the job is. However effective they may be though, some factions refuse to have dealings with them. Some BoS chapters have even openly attacked them for their use of forbiden technology. This has lead to many of the Elders of these chapters to be found dead in their chambers, or BoS bunkers to blow up from the inside. These encounters have been few and far between however, and have not greatly happered the Ring's work in some of the more hostile regions where they have set up guilds.

Zoo Followers


The Zoo Followers are a group a raiders who were wondering the waste when all of asudone they find a large place with the word Zoo on the front gate. They find out many people from the past had come here to ray or worship something. They go in finding many creatures (all mutated) they have never seen before. They Figured Zoo was a God of some sorts that had created these creatures to show his power. They soon learned to tame the creatures reading books on how to take care of them in some of this places buildings. The creatures they had were called
Lions:a Large 2 headed cat with a main that was fierce and took 3 months to train and had killed the 5 of the groups scouts. There Leader Jacob Took the Lion's and uses them as his own gaurds

Rhinos:Large Heavy 5 horned creatures that Can Take large damage. There used with heavy assault men and have auto turrets on there back.

Wolves:Like normal dogs but there teeth are a little larger and a hole lot meaner.

Tortoises:The largest of the creatures in this place and the hardest to kill. They are not used for any combat but are used to set up small shops as the can lift and entire building on there back.

History of the Raider Clan.
Jacob Got the raider clan from his father short after dieing(as he was a only child). After words Jacob married a young girl in the clan named Jenny (who was only 16 at the time while Jacob was 20) They had 2 daughters (Jess and Sluut) and 1 son (Bob). The 2 daughters were soon turned to [censored]s for Bob as tradition goes in the clan. With Jacob in command the raiders grew to a total of 100 men and women. They use to be wonder gatherers intell they discovered the zoo. They soon grew into a form of cult and many of the members even learned to read.

Ranks
King:Leader of the whole clan
Prince:Future leader of the clan
Queen/Princess: Eather is the sister to the king turned [censored] or one who the king married.
Golden Hunter: One of the best Hunters in the clan and are given Rhino skin Armor and a Great hammer or sword. They ether command a group of 3 or are alone.
Heavy:A Person who normally is exstreamly fat. They arnt good for hunting but are strong. There given tortoise shell armor and normally use Rockets or submachien guns.
Hunter:A normal soldier in the clan only using a Hunting rifle.
Scout:while being the lowest rank in soldier class They are hard to get into as you must have surton skills and are given there own pet wolf
Trader:Being the highest civilian Rank they are almost as rich as the king
Farmer:They only provide small food for the clan and get paid little.
[censored]:treated like trash and the lowest of any rank. They make the least and is only for women. This job is extramly hated how ever many women take it as there afraid of death.

(As the reaper faction I will keep editing this for a while so check back every so often)

Revenants

A small paramilitary group of survivalist ghouls dedicated to hunt down the remaining super mutants. The group was formed by survivors of super mutant attack to Necropolis. Left bitter by the massacre the group swore to avenge the desctruction of Necropolis. They spent years perfecting their survival skills, scavenging equipment, filling their ranks with other like-minded ghouls and tracking down the scattered super mutants.

They can be considered elite group with unmatched survival skills with decades of experience, their equipment is impressive considering their size. They are also more stronger, tougher and hostile than your average ghoul. They have inherited Set's loatheful attitude against smoothskins even though they will reluctantly deal with humans when necessary, but don't expect a pleasant conversation. As years have come and gone their prey has gotten harder to come by. They rarely take down muties living in human communities as doing it unnoticed is risky and challenging. Instead they drift around the wasteland seeking for places like Black Mountain and Jacobstown setting up camps nearby and trying to take easy pickings like small patrols and lone guards.

Fallout 1 to 2 History
After the Anchorage Reclamation, the government ordered the Navy and Marines to be prepared for a invasion on China.The California Channel Islands were the training center and preparation center. The
date to launch was October 24 but on October 23, the missiles were launched. E2 Hawkeyes on flight run detected the missiles. Admiral Mike H Shida of The Us Navy and Marine General John M
Wenton mobilized AA Defenses to destroy the warheads. Nuclear Missiles from China were heading towards U.S.A. and only 56 were destroyed. As the US Navy tried to contact military bases on
California, it was evident that they were destroyed. Though one stood out, Avalon. Avalon survived from the missile attack as Navy and Marines saw the Avalon tower standing. Admiral Mike H Shida was awed that it still standed. He soon knew we could rebuild civilization. The citizens of Avalon praised them as heroes. Eventually, they decided to create the Republic of Channel Islands under Senator Robert Henderson who lived on Avalon. Over the years, they built towns and military bases on the other Channel Islands having prosperity for years to come.While that though , President Henderson decided to prepare for taking over Hawaii. But in 2241, the RCI finds the former American Goverment the Enclave. President Henderson, Admiral Mike H Shida, and General John M Wenton immediately in excitement handed all of Channel Islands. Many personnel of the US Navy and Marines and citizens of Avalon were awed to find the American Government Standing. Though after handing control, they started to question the Enclave. RCI Researchers were stunned of what the Enclave was doing to innocent citizens of the California wastes testing them with the FEV, Admiral Shida questioned them. Some were godly obedient to the Enclave since being the American Goverment and even lashed out against anyone who questioned them. General Wenton even got into an argument with Admiral Shida. Here the Chosen One intervenes deciding the fate of Fallout 2

Recent History
In 2242 the RCI made contact with NCR. An alliance was made if NCR supplies materials for building vehicles ships aircraft and engines and allow travel in territories while the RCI uses it Navy and Air power to help NCR and allow travel through RCI. On 2277, the First Battle of Hoover Dam erupted and RCI Navy Seals, Marines, and Air Naval Gunfire Company were deployed. The battle was won with no losses on NCR and brutal casualties on Caesar Legion only a gunshot wound on a RCI Medic and a RCI Marine MIA. The RCI is also in war with the raider group, the Sea Serpents on Hawaii and are currently scouting islands. On 2281, the Legion was pushed back to its borders with only a small fort(not THE FORT in NEW VEGAS) overlooking Hoover Dam. Here, the Courier who was dug out now decide the fate of New Vegas.

9.Quests

Fallout 2 Quests
Blind Patriotism - Approached by a RCI Marine, he asks you to help out in a situation or walk away. Talk to General Wentworth, he wants you to eliminate the 7 core people of a revolt against there new masters the Enclave and will give you a M4A1 ACOG Silenced for the assassination job and locations of them. Talk to the approaching RCI Sailor and will tell you not to trust General Wenton and to come with him or walk away and do assassination job. Talk to Admiral Shida and if you encountered the Enclave, tell them of there acts on the Mainland. He will then tell you to assasinate General Wenton and other higher ups of the Enclave and Destroy the Enclave Oil Rig.

Side with Wenton Ending 1 - WIth Admiral Shida dead and the other conspirators, most of RCI became loyal with the Enclave. The Enclave released there poison gas killing most wastelanders in America but also around the world due to it was airborne. The Enclave and RCI became the new people on California. If a pic was made for this, it shows an Enclave Vertibird landing on the NCR Capital.

Side with Shida Ending 2 - Killing Wenton and destroying the Oil Rig prevented another mass killing. NCR became the leading body on California while the RCI started its campagin for Hawaii an other islands.If a pic was made for this, it shows a fleet of RCI ships heading towards Hawaii.

Do nothing Ending 3 - The Chosen one did nothing but destroy the Oil Rig. After that Wenton blamed Shida on the oil rig destruction and RCI fell into civil war. NCR was neutral and tried to ask to resolve this peacefully but failed. Eventually the revolt destroyed the city of Avalon and made citizens angry and moved away and go to NCR. Aftter the civil war few survivors from both sides survived. NCR moved in by asking PMZ Valdez for transport. As refugees and former soldiers saw the NCR flag go high, they were saddened as there great Air and Seapower Republic fell as Admiral Shida wanted to rebuild civilization.If a pic was made for this, it shows the torn flag of the RCI

Fallout New Vegas Quests
We Wont Leave You Behind - Get Idolized Reputation from NCR. A member of Seal Team 3 will take you to Camp Shida ask you to find RCI Marine Cpl John Breckenridge or walk away. Investigate and ask the Breckenridges squad members if they saw anything. Pvt Johnson says he remembers seeing Breckenridge walking inside Hoover Dam for a piss and not coming out. There you find small blood stains on the bathroom saying,"Hostage, Caesar Legions". A disguised Legion members tries to attack you and kill him. You find 2 notes. First note saying to clean up evidence. Second note Saying "we will get that bastard for the death of Centurion Mercury we will torture him and kill him at the Fort". Tell to Pvt Johnson, you will then go to base. Seal Team 3 ask you accompany them on a rescue mission. You get free Seal Gear. You guys climb up a cliff on the fort and kill them silently. Then you find Cpl Breckenridge and rescue him. You guys then have to wait for Vertibird airlift while defending your selves from the Legion. You guys arrive at Camp Shida and you get Trusted Reputation from RCI, 3000 Caps, and Navy Seal Gear and discounted buys from Camp Shida Armaments, Cpl Breckenridge as a companion and Seal Team 3 teach how to climb cliffs and mountains gaining the perk "Rock Climber" or have higher defence getting "Last Stand".

Compaion Quest Loyalties or Free Range - Cpl Breckenridge ask you whether to go awol or stay true to RCI. He says that he wants to live on his own terms and become a assassin though is having trouble betraying his Republic. Telling him to go awol gets the perk "Free Ranger", you get bonus attacks against critters. Picking to stay loyal will get you Until I Die , you ge

Alright here's one I cooked up, In retrospect it's eerily similar to Mr House but without the robots and with more yuppies.

1. The WASPs

2. Neutral

3. The survivors of New England's rich and powerful.

4. Anyone who will do work for them.

5. The Commonwealth. The Institute. Any outsider who tries to enter without their permission

6. A small isolated haven of reclaimed and de-radiated land, surrounded by a wooden and metal palisade.

7. Civilians like to wear the smartest of Pre-war apparel and the soldiers prefer to wear combat armour. Weapons include a mixture of just about everything from rifles to lasers. Menial tasks are undertaken by robots.

8. Just before the bombs fell on America during the Great War many of the rich and powerful politicians and businessmen as well as intellectuals whom were not privy to the Enclave fled to a large private Vault built by the eccentric and slightly paranoid Trillionare William 'Billiam' Bing. his original intention was to fill the Vault with his workforce so he could sell them off as slaves in a post nuclear war, however this idea quickly fell though when he realised that he could sell off places in the Vault in secret which would help balance the costs.The vault itself was built under Bing's stately home in rural Massachusetts and was finished in 2077. At the time of war Bing was holding an extravagant party at his home, officially it was a general 'do' but secretly it was a celebration of the finishing of the Vault and most of the guests had bought places and were secretly being given tours of their quarters (they had in an act of great fortune already sent their bags to the Bing household so they could have their rooms furnished) as the party reached a lull the butler rushed into the Dining Room and informed everyone that Chinese bombers were on their way. Immediately people panicked and surged downstairs into the vault, including the non-invited and the staff, Bing could not really do anything to stop them but merely rushed upstairs to gather all his possessions. However nobody had a need to panic, for the Chinese did not feel the need to waste a nuke on the house of a Yuppie, an air-burst would suffice, and that would come from a belated bomber about 3 and a half hours after the butler delivered his bombshell.

As a result of this delay several other prominent persons were able to arrive from the major cities and suburbs of New York (private planes and helicopters were a very good way of avoiding the rabble who crammed onto the highways) to the manor house and get into the Vault. Of course several died in transit and those who arrived after the house was destroyed had difficulty getting in but overall the vault was a success, with around 400 people inside (Bing did throw very big parties).

Time passed and 80 years after the war the descendants of the original dwellers opened the Vault and began to build a settlement around the house in earnest. Using the experimental Rad-away chemicals and a little help from the scientific minds who had lived in the Vault the land became de-toxified and farming began, manned by the robotic servants, barns were raised and cloned livestock who previously lived in the vault came up to the surface. Over the next 200 years the settlement prospered, despite the occasional molestation by raiders. The inhabitants decided to call themselves "The WASPs" in a self-depreciating manner (many of them were Jewish or Catholic after all) Truman Bing, the descendant of Billiam decided that the new society should take in only the smartest and hard-working-est of outsiders and that a new world order, absent from the unsophisticated poor and scroungers (and God-forbid, communists) would be built from the settlement.

9. If you want to join, you better be damn smartly dressed and polite, otherwise you are merely used as a tool of the WASPs.

For once, I'd like to see a REASONABLE resistance force. I got Homefront, and, while it's fun, the Resistance might as well be special forces enlisted form the US Army. You never have to pick up a new gun in campaign, they always have ammo, they give you missile launchers to take down tanks, they have a helicopter, a go-fast tank (Goliath), and multiple other advantages. What I would like to see is this:

Name: Red Rebellion

Appearance of the soldiers: Dirty, ripped clothes with no real uniform. They usually wear whatever they can find, and paint it red. This includes the armor of their fallen comrades and enemies.

Appearance of weapons: Whatever they can find; again, this includes enemy's weapons

Tactics: TRUE Guerrilla warfare, meaning that they run in, strike, and run out VERY fast, and avoid combat whenever possible. They often run out of ammo in the midst of battle and resort to using melee and unarmed combat.

Goals: To capture and free certain areas from Legion control.

Story: After years of being oppressed in slave camps, a large slave community overthrew their Legion masters. The Rebels grew in strength as they raided the surrounding Legion Slave camps for soldiers, while still taking every opportunity to weaken the Legion. They scrounge any ammo and weapons they can, and when they can't, they use melee weapons and resort to unarmed combat.

Their missions/quests would include something like:
Raid Legion Slave Camp (Kill all the guards, unlock the doors, arm the slaves)
Assassinate Target
Capture Legion Supplies (Raid a supply line, kill all the guards, etc etc.)
Capture a town (Defeat the legion within the town, then defeat the reinforcements)
Rescue a Head Scientist/Important figure from slavery


But that's just my thoughts. Of course, they'd be based in the middle of Legion territory, seeing as how they're former slaves.

a rebellion in every game seems to have a bunch of weapons and ammo
even a gad damb mega vehicle.
they seem nothing like a rebellion that needs help.
Also I liked the idea of a faction based off the romans but that brings to mind
what about a faction based off med evil times.
The would be a lot like the legion but be good. There armor would be stronger and they could introduce shields. also there elites would have large fire swords called Fire drakes
its just an out line but you know.

thats what there leader would wear and What fat put up would be like recruits or generals.

I had an idea for a communist faction that restores a power armor production plant to serve as an opposition to the NCR.


Yupp, I am suprised there arnt any more supporters for a communist faction around. However I imagine them as a revolutinary group inside the NCR opposing the plutocracy. NCR has finaly reached the point where classwarfare migth erupt again.

From reading all of these I had an idea for an awesome anti-Legion faction (a big part of it from jordanman)

They're called the Red Rebellion and everything like how jordanman put it but they believe that all should be truely equal (Communist) instead of slaves and masters. If they make a Fallout: Arizona then the Red Rebellion should be an important faction in it (Maybe the canon ending could be them controlling a large part of ex-Legion territory). That could set them up to go against the NCR if the NCR plummets into a civil war making them a major faction in the country. It'd be great!

But they'd have to change there name to something else post Fallout: Arizona (if they are even in it and if they even win). Any ideas?

What about a communist faction that actually made the idea work, and turned their settlement into an actual utopia? :) As we all know "communism is a beautiful idea, but has never worked in practice". It truly is, but always wrong people form a government, use the rebellion and the support of the people as a way to get to the power and then they can proceed to be selfish and power hungry. Like George Orwell puts it in Animal Farm - "All animals are equal, but some animals are more equal than others."

Sorry but no matter how hard government trys sooner or later religious beliefs kick in at a max and control it. Its happened in ever government in the past
its happened in every government in the present and it will keep happening in the future.
but thats because the religious people had a small leader like a priest. what would happen if there was no religious leader. do you get what Im saying hmmm.

Faction Name: Republic Of Alaska, or ROA

Faction Morality: Good or Evil, depends on quests.

Followers: US Military stationed on the Anchorage Front. Pre War Citizens of Alaskan towns and Cities. Vault 645, filled with the greatest Pre War minds of the United States(Scientist and Engineers)

Allies: New California Republic or NCR is ROA most trusted ally. Alaskan Brotherhood of Steel came in contact with ROA on 2078 on the Brotherhood of Steel Northern Expedition. ROA found out that there group were survivors of the US Military. They were granted to build bunkers in there territory under one condition, that it is there given right and the US Military to fight against the Chinese. They have a good relationship and manufactures there weapons and armor while they get access to T-51B Power Armor

Enemies: United Chinese Maoist Republic or UCMR is ROA most hated enemy and have been at war with them ever since of the Winter of 2066, and Caesar Legion due to of Slavery.

Location: Juneau Alaska.

Technology and Organization The Republic of Alaska Armed Forces or ROAAF are on par with New California Republic Army and UCSR but have some slight advantages. They have access to Pre War Tech, vehicles and even a small navy and Air Force. They mainly use conventional military weapons. Energy weapons are reserved for Rangers though they can pick whatever they want. They have only 10 Pre War Aircraft and 5 Pre War Navy Ships. The military is separated into 4 groups. Regular Fighting Force, Regular Fighting Force Support(Doctors, Engineers, Supply, etc) Special Forces, and Logistic Support.

Republic Of Alaska Army

ROA Trooper. These are the backbone or the army. Due to the war with the UCSR, all teenagers at the age of 15 are required to go to basic training a learn how to use firearms. Recruits then can join at the age of 17.

Republic of Alaska Rangers or ROAR: These are the elite of ROAAF. Those that pass are awarded with a ribbon recognizing that they are "deadlier than a Alaskan Bear." Rangers do police work, major assaults, and guarding high ranked officials. They also are trained to survive in the Alaskan Wilderness. They are also the only group, reserved to use Laser Weapons though they can pick whatever they want.

ROAR Ranger: These are your basic ROAR rangers.
ROAR Ranger Armor and Helmet with mask. Combat Armor which just says ranger.
Anything they prefer, Laser Weapons or Conventional weapons.

Republic of Alaska Shadow Company: The ROASC is a special forces group designed for spying, assassination missions, sabotage, and hit and run attacks. Many Shadow Soldiers must be a Ranger or a distinguished soldier. Only 5% make it. Even some elite Rangers failed the test. They are feared and loathed throughout the UCMR as they are responsible for many losses. The only ones that are on par with them is the Chinese Hei Gui Units. After passing the training, they are given a badge. Soldiers are supposed to be cold and calculating, they have no room for the more irrelevant and impulsive emotions, and only think about how to accomplish one mission or the next. If captured, many are not supposed to give out information and must die with it. There motto is" The Omen of Death in the New World."

Goal: Eradicate Communism and rebuilding the United States.

History :fallout:: Ever since the Winter of 2066 the US has been at war with China. The Chinese managed to repel a large American Assault, though on 2077, the Chinese were on the retreat and losing supplies and men. General Constantine Chase, Commander of US Military in Alaska pushed on to eliminate the Chinese Army retreating. On October 23 2077, the US Alaskan Army confronted the Chinese Army at Macgrath. Though disaster struck and the bombs dropped. One hit the US Army preparing to fight the Chinese Army and were obliterated. While that the Chinese Army knew this and retreated and used POW dressed in Chinese clothing to be bait. They also loss General Chase due to of the explosion. After that, the military helped stabilize control to cities hit by the bombs and General Chase 2nd in command General Decker, became commander of all surviving Alaskan Forces. He then met with the mayors, congresspeople and governors for the future of Alaska. It was decided that the Republic of Alaska to be formed, with General Decker being President. He first then sent soldiers to scout out towns past Mcgrath, and a shocking truth was revealed. The Chinese Army survived and were taking control of towns past Mcgrath. Confused of how they survived, they investigated Macgrath and found out they retreated and used POW dressed in Chinese clothing to be bait. After hearing this, President Decker focused on building up the military to combat the Chinese. The first battle for the ROA was at Rampart and won. Though the ROA underestimated them thinking the Chinese Army were ill equipped. They were wrong as the Chinese had reinforcments on ships from China which was sent by the President Xin to let the Chinese Army survive and create the United Chinese Maoist Republic or UCMR. The war dragged on. By 2088, both sides were ready for a major battle to be the turning point of Alaska.

Update:
We are only 29 post away from 200 (which by what Iv been told meens The thread will reach its max and be locked)
I have made plans for this and have the new thread saved in a word pad

The Sheuts - Egyptian concept of the shadow part of the soul.

I would like a Tusken raider type of people that live in caves, plateaus, and ant colonies. They figured a way to not be attacked by the ants by wearing outer raggs soaked in a mixture that includes ant pheremones that allows the ants to ignore them. They get most of their water through underground streams. They follow some Egyptian traditions due to their seeking of a simple way of life. they carve out glyphs and symbols of their own making into the ant tunnels they inhabit. They believe in using only technology that uses renewable energy like windmills, dams, and solar panels. Some of the more religious followers worship solar panels during the dawn when the sun hits the panels for the first time today and leave offerings for a good outp put of energy. The scientists in a way are considered to be like priests and perform their scientific duties of maintaining the renewable technology while making last rites to the dead. Ants are considered very sacred and the Queen is worshipped. Each year the head scientist/priest makes a journey to the heart of the colony to pay respects to the Queen. To prove ones worth into manhood the youths are sent blindfolded into the ant tunnels with a set amount of provisions and must find their way back, once they find their underground village they are then mature. To gain citizenship with the Sheuts you must go through many hard and mysterious rituals and for an outsider you must prove twice your worth and loyalty. you may never give away the loacation of their villages or be villified and cast out.

They favor stealth mostly and melee weapons as they live off the map and guns are hard to come by(If they use guns they prefer bolt action rifles or the sort long sitance). They have good survival skills and have a thing for collecting flame weaponry due to the mant ants they live with they create their own ant farms and raise the eggs. They use flame based weapons against most of the ant colonies due to the narrow tunnels and ease of burning them through bottle neck passage ways. Most live underground depending on the underground spring they dig up. But some have started to live in high plateus keeping watch over the area, the plateaus areas are mostly lookouts. They prefer places that has sandstorms so they can get around unseen much like the BOS use their bunker. They make their own homemade flamer fuel from some of the fire ant glands they find on fire ants. Whenever they leave they leave in disguise to trade for supplie in areas for things they can't get underground and if their hunting or patrolling the area they wear their dust brown raggs all over their body. Their faces shrouded with ocular goggles over their eyes to see through the constant dust storms easily. They have developed a high perception and good eyesight living in the dark caverns and creeping through the duststorms. They rely heavily on stealth and try not to make contact with the outside world, they just wish to live in piece and try to cultivate and make the land they keep producable. Many of them look down on tech horders seeing them repeat the folly of the pre-war civilzations. They wish to not be seen and isolated from other groups. Their goal is to live off the land in a simple means and use only a few of the technologies available and use more non-harming ways to produce things and heal the scars of the land. Many of the intelligent minds study deep into biology and more natural sciences to learn how to control the environment from a more conservative way.

Origins - Many of the tribe came from a band of scattered tribes or deserters fleeing from the legion they joined up with a ghoul following the leader was born beofre the war and used to be a professor from a well respected university his name was Simon Grells. They decided to nestle down into a great cavern and found a great underground spring watersource. After they were settled in their tents in this cavern they heard noises of digging and found ants trashing around they drove the ants back and made defenses. Grells was a naturalist who studied much about nature and biology. Due to his long life from ghoulification he was very intelligent and learned to crate the formula to keep the ants at bay. Now the borders of the great cavern village are lined with a soaked rags that keep the ants docile and ignored. He decided to lead this tribe of scattered people under a more naturalist way of life. After taking council with many of his ghoul party he educated them into these matters and decided to follow the Egyptian society and proclaim himself as some kind of god while the other ghouls who had learned much of the ways of science became his *priests*. Many of the human tribes are usually only educated to an extent and only a few chosen are gain the honor of learning into more of the sciences and reading from the sacred libraries of the old-civilzation because Simon was afraid if they learned to much they would make more machines to recreate another resource war that would scar the planet again. Keeping most of the populance under a banner of ignorance he let only a few select he trusted human and ghoul and alike. He prefers those selected at an old age to be heavily irradiated so they could be preserved and keep their wosdom and knowledge alive and strengthen it. He had the rest of the populance take to a banner of religion setting rules of how he was a God of death and sun. He took a new name(I'll find something suitable later) and ruled. He cared much for renewable technologies and focused only on those hating technology that destroyed or kept people lazy and greedy. He is afraid that if they gain to much knowledge that they would develope more technology that could lead to another repeating great war. He wears a headdress of feathers and wears many bandages to keep up with his appearance seeming to like some kind of undead spirit of immortality.

He still leads the tribe today.

Factions - They are mainly neutral but look down on some of the more tech oriented societies, but still trade with them in secret if they need to.
NCR - Neutral/They do not like their goals and will not coopertae with them if the NCR tries to claim their resources.
BOS - Neutral/ they despise how they horde prewar technology and rely to heavily on it, but in away it is good for them since the BOS is slowly thinning and their bunkers of secret technology might be lost once the BOS fade out from exsistence and leave their tech forgotten so that no one can claim it.
FOTA - Positive/ They respect how they take care of people and teach things to better people. Some FOTA helped develope their society and taught them much about Survival, medicine, and biological science.
CL - Neutral/ They like their independence from technological advance and rely more on nature instead. But as many they hate how they enslave. Some of the Dust Walkers came from tribes that retreated back when CL was claiming territory. Some even came from the Legion. Their are mixed feelings about them.
