BR - The Federation of the Wastes, Lieutenant John "Flakey" Fergus

Well if you're not going to help then I'll find some other guy, maybe one who doesn't have his head up his ass in lofty ideals. Besides, What they have is classified and the money I'm offering is good. Now, who has seen a couple of soldiers from the so called United Democratic Kingdom of America, or North America, damn it, I just call it the Kingdom. They are dressed in desert camo uniforms, but they've probably changed into something else...In which case have you seen two newcomers here?

BR- Reaper, Barkeep
Hay don't be talkin like that to me. Shady people normally mean bad things. spill the beans and maybe some one will help

Hahahahaha
You sure are a long way. Heck you must of been traveling for a good few week or even close to a year if you traveled here by foot. or did you Ardal if you need a way back home just ask The ghouls over at Hartsfield–Jackson will fly ya back. Just give them this ticket so they know your a friend (hands over a thin peace of cardboard with several numbers and words on it)

*Beaths deeply* Sorry, It's just I have trekked a long way to get here and what those two have are, well, well... I cannot say. If you want some sensitive info, then here's something, my testicles have dropped en-route here, and considering that I'm 193 years old that's not in a good way. :verymad:

(There are nanobots inside the Emperor? Does that mean we could get rid of your immortality by killing the bots with electro-magnetic pulse?)

(They are fused within his organic tissue, you couldn't permanently kill him, but it could weaken him long enough to injure him)

BR - The Empire, The Emperor

You seem quite agitated, sir, why do you not tell us what ails you, a wager, you can choose to tell me who they are and why they must die, if you prove to me that these men are unfit for existence, i shall dispatch Imperials to execute them, if you fail to prove it, i shall dispatch Imperials to kill you, or you can choose not to tell me at all and prolong their lives or your life, how does this sound?

Oh no, its not as bad as you'd think...We have the trails mapped out, and the Brotherhood doesn't cause me any problems.
It's at least a month or two if I use the way I came back...

BR - Loner, Isaak Mordred.
*Hits his pipe against his boot and slide it inside his inner pocket of his coat. Gets up from the chair, and throws his backpack over the right shoulder. Throws two pieces of coin on the table, do a quick gesture to the barkeep and walks towards the door. By the exit he stops, look to his left into the Leiutenants face and holds out an open hand, like to recieve something.*

"So...?"

Thank you, but there is no need, you see, the craft we used to come to this place can travel at a very high speed.

That man was quite rude, completely disregarded my wager.

BR - Loner, Isaak Mordred

*just moments before the private rushes in, just moments after the lieutenant rushes out*

Whatever. And I can find better work elsewhere, aswell. Stupid military [censored], they're all the same...

*looks at the lieutenant for a second as he's arrogantly walking away, then Mordred steps outside, looks up at the sky (which is cloudy, and with a feel of rain coming soon) and breathes in, then walks away in the opposite direction of the lieutenant. Just as he's rounding the corner, he sees a person rushing in through the side door of the bar*

Flying's great, I hear. I've seen dozens of Moving Picture films at the Freedomville cinema which feature guys flying up into the air and they're all, daka-daka-daka-daka *uses hand to mime falling aircraft* eeeeeiiiiouuu-BOOM! As for our own Air-Force, well, we have a couple of obervation balloons and even a squadron of piston-operated planes, although I we could find the oil we could make some jet aircraft.

You don't need oil to run a plane. Just use a hydrogen moter. It adds a mile to your speed and keeps the air clean. with the risk of it being easier to blow up. If you want I know some people who can do it for ya but im telling you its going to cost more then a good 9000 caps. Buts its worth it if you going into war. and really worth it if you wanting to explore the country.
All the planes over at the airport had them before war and thats where most learn to make the engines. But learning to build one will cost you even more.

Well I really don't know what our scientists get up to, I guess they might be working on it. To be frank, we don't really need fancy equipment, we need good men, and tanks, and artillery, and Jeeps and of course guns.

(Superweapons like nukes, thermonuclear explosions, or orbital strikes could probably kill him, my actual plan for his death was, once you "defeated" him in combat, he would tell you where to find the main reactor, and that overloading it would cause it and all the collectors throughout his Empire to go thermonuclear, and after you activate it, he bids you farewell, if you ask why he does not leave, he would say that he will remain in his Empire, to die as its Emperor, you could skip to this point by speech and convincing him that what he is doing is all false, that his empire is based on lies and falsity, he would activate the overloading and tell you to leave) (Yes, i have thought up an entire Fallout storyling with the Empire being the antagonist)

BR - Reaper, Barkeep
Not a good idea. While yes that be good against a balloon or a slow bomber but if you going aginst jets and stealth bombers there useless. Even electro pulse Shot turrets won't do you much good against a jet.

and Ardal. have you ever seen a tank.

Hey, we don't just charge around the place and shoot people, well, maybe the Long Range Wasteland Group do, but we are damn good fighters. Of course, so is the Federation, but we'll crack them soon, we've studied military history since our Vault days and we know the art of war. Of course, it's far more preferable if we could all just get along or something, bring civilisation together, of course everyone else thinks the same. Huh, People never change... *looks into beer mug*

(Technology he creates is viewed as a gift from a god by his people, the devices are sacred, science is a "religion", you ever read Foundation by Asimov? I am not going to break the wall in rp so i am just going to say the anti-air would be large lasers)
