Ok, I decided to give Morrowind a serious try, I did play a years ago, but very little, merly couple of quest, now playing moded Morrowind, and I am amazed, it's no wonder why people praise it so much, 'cause it is great, one question, tough, is it possible to see faction relations, in game, not to just count myself from UESP wiki, if not, is there a mod that to something like that, if so could someone please point it to me, would really appreciate it.

No, there's no way to really know your Faction relations in-game.
And I don't believe I have ever seen a mod that kept track of it.

But you can use the console:
GetFactionReaction "faction ID"

Not sure what number it calls, it might not make any sense in an in-game way. Since it's a scripting function.
