Who are the factions you can SIDE with, and who is the 'better' or more 'good' factions to join with?

These are pretty spoily questions. You might want to just experience the game yourself and then decide who YOU think is the best. But if you really want to spoil yourself,

Well you're going to have a pretty hard time... All of the factions ask you to do things you'd probably consider 'evil.'

If you play the game with good intentions on your mind you won't do something "completely evil." However, just like real life, good intentions doesn't always lead to good outcomes.
