Failing Fallout

Whoops! I never saw that this forum HAD a fan fiction section!

No doubt most folk here visit the FO3 and FO:NV sections and you've seen this already, but I write a blog about 'Joe' and his non-adventures in the wastes. I started in FO3, and started FONV a wee while ago.

The idea is that Joe is super average at everything (not specializing in anything) and never wanted to leave the vault. Therefore he avoids quest/plots and just tries to survive. In FO3 I enforced 'hardcoe' style rules, in NV I just use hardcoe mode. No loading, no running, no fast travel.

Random folks (GameFaqs, http://www.gamefaqs.com/boards/959557-fallout-new-vegas/60064269) have said:
"Big926"
Best. Writing. Ever.
"I tell you what, it wasn’t a thrill to slowly walk this trail the first time, and it’s not a thrill to walk back. And at this stage the limited selection on the New Vegas radio is beginning to grate. I swear to baby Jesus, if I ever find ‘Johnny Guitar’ I’m going to !#$%%@^ kill the sonofa$*&#@."

His blog is pure gold.

I'm getting a lot better as a go along. The early New Vegas posts make me cringe now. Getting better as we go along.

Hope you enjoy it!

Pretty funny and entertaining. The Johnny Guitar and the Maize parts made me chuckle. Nice writing, keep it up.
