Fake wanted posters

Have you ever hated some essential NPCs in Oblivion but you just couldn't get rid of them? I may have a solution for that issue. You should be able to make "fake" wanted posters so other NPCs would solve your "problem". Even some dumb guards should chase NPCs from your posters. If want some real action you could put your own face on wanted poster. With your reputation rising more people should believe your posters.

Also, if devs have time, we should be able to draw NPCs on posters and if other NPCs recognize the NPC from the picture they should try to get him "dead or alive".

Example:
WANTED: Imperial Guard
DEAD OR ALIVE
[picture of guard goes here]
REWARD: 1000 s

Note that you could not pay the bounty and then the NPCs could go after you.

Well, before we even discuss this idea, I think we should discuss if it should be wanted posters at all :P

Why fake?

Real wanted posters would be better.

Or instead of making fake wanted posters for someone you hate you could hire a hitman instead.

I want real wanted posters too, that can change depending what is happening in the game.

Didn't we already go over this in excruciating detail when someone wanted to have the player draw artworks in the game and then NPCs rate them on their quality? You know, the whole expensive Homeland Security image-recognition software issue?

Why yes, yes we did: I found it http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?/topic/1165406-writing-books/. That wouldn't work then, and it still won't work now.

Maybe...maybe...if you used premade snapshots of every NPC in the game, which were then linked back to the NPC's ID as used in the game's internal calculations, and you could flip through all several hundred (or more) of them looking for the one you want to frame. But no, drawing them won't work.
