I have a high level character, and with the high level comes a high Speed level and Acrobatics level, and almost every jump i take, i take fall damage, if i have running turned on, and i run through Tamriel and the area, i go off the side of steep paths and take fall damage, How do i disable, or for immersion's sake, change the height before damage, i've looked for mods for this, and the .ini file, but theres nothing

That's funny, I'd just been doing a bit of research into GMSTs, or setting as they are also known. The best way to change these would probably be through a quest that runs once.
