Does anyone else find it hard to believe a fall forest that last all year?

Skyrim has tundra marsh.
I remember Todd (I think it was him) in an interview saying there were Swamps. Did he mean Tundra Marshland then, as Swamps really don't fit.

...just a name? Did anyone actually (officially) say that this forest will have fall all year round?
Not that Nirn is earth, but here on earth there are many names derived from season names. Like Winter Garden in Florida -- is it always winter there??
Heck, we even name pizza after the four seasons without it meaning yellow leaves or snow on the pizza...
