I know to some people don't agree on using cheat codes, but we should still have the option of unlimited ammo and unlimited health because in Fall Out 3 some of those levels are really long, you end up wasting a lot of bullets on creatures that never die and you end up losing practically all of your health, and a few times I got my self stuck.

That would completely ruin the point of the game. I don't think you understand it if unlimited ammo is your suggestion.
