Also it is quite clear that Bethesda does own the rights to Fallout now. I suspect that they will be making more Fallout games but at them moment I don't think they've announced anything about Fallout 4.

Fallout: New Vegas will be coming out soon. And, considering Bethesda now owns the Fallout license, they'll eventually make another one.
