Hey all, so this is kind of a weird thread in that it refers to Fallout Shelter, but may provide hints towards future characters. Here are some things I've found so far:

1. Nathan Phillips: Has a false glasses/nose/moustache combo, and comes equipped with comedian's clothing.

2. Three Dog's Gear: Gives a bonus to perception and charisma.

3. Wastelander Gear: Resembles Ghost People outfit.

So I know this pertains closely to Fallout Shelter, but I'm putting it here because I'm hoping that we'll get some info for Fallout 4 characters. So, have you guys found anything that could pertain to Fallout 4 in Shelter?

they did the things on Fallout shelter based on things from Fallout 3. the only thing that looks like its from Fallout 4 is the thing where Rads prevent you from fully healing up(the red bar on your health bar) and that one guy (Prestong Garvey) with his lazermusket thing being 10-13 damage which makes it as good as the sniper rifles.

Some one mentioned happiness meters for settlements in F4 similar to the one in Shelter.

I'm pretty sure the Nathan Phillips character is just a randomly generated waster. The Comedian outfit is a random item that another one of my dwellers picked up outside of the vault. I do think there are some things in Fallout Shelter that hint at what we might see in Fallout 4, such as the new rad/health bar system or the 50 level cap. Most of the weapons, apparel, and characters are stuff from 3, though, and don't necessarily reflect the items and characters in 4.

Ah, I see. That's a shame. That character was someone I got from a lunchbox, so I thought he was unique. Darn.
