Fallout and skyrim mechanics

People who have played Fallout, what mechanics would you like to see incorporated into TES and vice versa? For me it would be

For TES,Instead of having 200 generic followers, have about 12 really detailed followers. Also a limb crippling system, and perks similar to NV. The perks in NV are much more original, instead of just upgrading damage or whatever stat it also affects dialogue and gameplay in general.

For Fallout I'd like marriage, better melee combat and perks related to blocking.

Companions with backstory and quests (Basically loyalty missions) and opinions. In FO:NV companions have a [censored] ton to say about different people, factions and events. Much better than generic Skyrim followers. I'm pretty sure they will do it though, taking Serana and to some extend Frea as examples.
Skill or attribute checks in dialogue. Which does require attributes or choices in the first place I suppose :P
Like in Soul Cairn, Valerica mumbled something about where we are and accompanied it by how illiterate my character was, well he had above 90 conjuration and I think he would've understood her, but no.. There was only one response which was pretty dumb to be honest.
I will be very happy if they could implement speech (or maybe merchandise as well), as a more meaningful skill.
Limb damage would also be cool to see.

Agree completely with both of you.

Also a hardcoe mode would be nice for TES, and please get rid of the health regen or allow us to turn it off.

I think Tagged Skills would be an improvement if they plan to continue with Skyrim's 'blank slate' approach (though personally I would rather they go back to classes). Karma and Reputation would be nice as well.

I WANT... er, I want... better interaction with whatever followers and NCs there are. Like Mr "do you get to the Cloud District Very often?" I want to be able to start a brawl with him on the spot. I want to beat his brains out, but I don't want to have to kill him and/or fight every guard in town over it. In the companions, same thing with the mouthy dunmer and the Nord bimbo. If they can brawl with each other, why can't I brawl with them? Heck, I suppose I'd be satisfied I with some version of a hand animation that lets me flip them off... if it angers them and they respond in some fashion.

I'd also like very much to be able to permanently place objects in the world. In oblivion, there was a mod that allowed you to rotate objects, move them about, and then make them static, and that was very cool. You could actually display weapons and such on the walls if you wanted. Something like that would be great!

I also agree with better companion quest lines.

Better followers would be great. In Skyrim I never use followers, in fallout New Vegas I always use followers. A few well fleshed out followers would be greatly superior to many cardboard cutout types.

Another thing I'd really like to see is a faction reputation system like FNV had. You do missions for a group and they start to like you more and their enemies become your enemies.

Having actual choices would be great, let us join the Thalmar or join the Silverhand werewolf hunters instead of the companions.

Skill checks for conversation options would be great.
