I was wondering, since there is a G.E.C.K. for Fallout 3 and that Fallout Editor for Fallout 2, is there anything similar for Fallout 1??

There is no map editor for Fallout 1. And what does Bethesda have to do with it? The first two Fallouts were made by Interplay/Black Isle, not Bethesda.

There is no user-friendly map editor for either of the first Fallout games.

There's an editor for Fallout 2, but amateurs won't be able to use it with any degree of success. It's many times more difficult to learn and use than Bethesda's editors.
