yet another ptach question for you guys

I have that trilogy pack for fallout, i live in canada, and it says my fallout 1 is version 1.2, and my fallout 2 is version 1.02.
is it necessary to patch these games?

Looks like thats the highest offical patch for FO 2
Same for FO 1
If you pop over to NMA they have an assortment of mods and unofficla patches so you can if yo uwant pop over to see if you like any.
