This is some of my ideas, bad or good for the game, so please do not flame me on them. im not a programmer or Modder, im just a gamer

So i make new one since FO4 should be in alpha by now i hope

One Reloading ( please not like FONV gawd that was confusing if you'r not a gun nut ) simplify reloading and making of Ammo
Watch what Modders make and do to enhance there games ( im no modder but i do download alot of mods to make the game playable to how i want to play it )
Give Modders a chance ( Make like a contest for best and make it available for a DLC. Winner gets like free Beth games for life )
Make the toons human ( Look as Second Life, and they do hot fixes )
Do away with the aliens ( in FO3 i thought it was the dumbest thing introduced into the game )
Bring back Bows and Arrows ( We still use them in RL so why not FO4?? )
Larger playable areas with random Monster spawning based on toons current level
If you put away your weapon, make it a real chance the NPC will stop trying to kill you. ( Except for Monsters they brainless eating machines so putting away your weapon is just death to you )
Damage based on position ( Better crits if you behind your target )
Skyrim level of beauty. it is by far is the best visual game to date over all so add some green in. if its all brown earth is dead and so are humans.
Able to help rebuild ( makes it a ongoing thing, maybe quests )
new hard core mode ( you need to eat, drink, sleep, bathroom needs. but time moves slower. base it on real 24 hours. )
NO MAGIC!!!!!!!!!!! lol , just making sure it was said is all.
G.E.C.K. Ability to join mods and check for incompatibilities ( i know long shot but eh if you don't ask it don't happen )
Reputation system over haul ( if i kiill someone out in a desert how is the rest of the world supposed to know?? ((i mean there is no CSI Fallout )) set it for if there are witnesses then it affects your rep )
Make Ghouls and mutants and children a playable race
Visual Affects. Give us real hair and lashes and skin choices. i mean come on, Second Life had FO3 hair at the start now it moves and flows in the wind or when you walk, come on guys, get with the times A online non game is beating you on looks and hair, you should be ashamed that you still use plastic hair styles.
Ability to use your gun like a bat if you run out of ammo.
Steam enabled ( i find myself hitting F-12 all the time to take pictures in FO3 and NV lol )

Things i want but i dont think they will ever happen yet any ways.
Playable World ( not city but the entire world )
Farming, crafting, building, rebuilding, linear time line, A bottling Company ( to make new caps with out using counsel codes lol j/k ) character ages ( based on your level of difficulty ) Think Civ 5, Sims, Europa Universals. Would be neat to have them all in one game =^.^=

So what ideas do the rest of you have for FO4??
im sure ill have a few more to add to this after reading any responses
