Hello Fallout 3 players. If I write anything incorrect about something in Fallout 3,just let me know. I'm not particularly a noob,but I'm kind of new to it(level 10). I play xbox 360 fallout 3 by the way. My gamertag is Pro Android. My idea was,to create a forum-based RPG based on Fallout 3. I've never played Fallout 1,or 2. I bought Fallout 3 last week. I know there is quite the DLC for xbox live marketplace,but I want more already,although I havent played through Fallout 3's main story yet.The idea is still in brainstorming,but just like Fallout 3,you would be able to create your character,have your S.P.E.C.I.A.L,perks,karma,experience levels(speech,barter,big guns,etc.).You would begin at the end of Fallout 3(I havent played all the way through so let's just keep it there). I'll have to play through it first,so I'll stop there for right now,but hopefully you guys get the jist of where I'm going. Me,and fellow creators(i'm about to get to that) will make up quests,towns,characters,etc. for you to enjoy while playing. Now,incase you don't know,a forum-based RPG is not like an actual "VIDEO GAME" it's run off of,well,a forum,just like this one,but in instructed formats and forms.If you don't enjoy text-based,forum-based games,or don't have the pacience for them,you probably won't like this one,unless you're just a hardcoe fallout 3 fan(like meh ). This is still in brainstorming,obviously,and since I am still new to the Fallout universe,I'd like to ask you more educated players to help me out with this project. If you would like to help,or give any quest,character,city, or just basic HELP suggestions,then feel free to in a reply. I really would like to do this project,and am not the most educated player,so if you would like to help in on this project,please reply.

Hmmm #1 this topic needs to moved to the Fallout Universe area. If you wanted this to take off better, then quests probably wouldnt be the best thing.

I mean, a forum based RPG seems hard to do unless its like the Werewolf Appalachia thing in the Community Section. It just seems weird to me for some reason.

What do you mean by knowledge? Like everything involving FO3 including enemies, NPCs, locations ect. or the Fallout Universe in general?

I would need basicly the complete History of Fallout so I don't make any errors,considering it takes place after Fallout 3.Determining on the more history I know,I might change the time the RPG would begin.I plan on,if I get enough help/publicity,to make it big. In this RPG,there will be people playing some of the popular characters in Fallout,like
EXAMPLE: Three Dog,Lyons),or,you could play a brotherhood of steel,or become an enclave soldier,or so many more (wastelander,bounty hunter,vault dweller,ghouls,raiders).You wouldn't have to JUST play main characters either,you could make your own name and character,aswell. There are so many possibilitys a Forum RPG about Fallout would have.
