Fallout: Brotherhood of Steel...

Post » Fri May 13, 2011 2:37 pm

Our weapon, surprise, surprise and fear... our two weapons, surprise, fear, and ruthless efficiency. (Sigh). Our three weapons, surprise, fear, ruthless efficiency, and an almost fanatical devotion to Fallout... (Sigh). Amongst our weapons are such elements as; surprise! Fear! ...oh hell, I'll come in again.

Excluding the gameplay and some inconsistencies, is it possible that F:BOS is more Fallout than Fallout 3 is? (In world, NPC's, logic, science!, lore et cetera)

In terms of at least trying to have a back story I would say yes but it failed. FO3 may not explain alot of how factions got to DC but at least it does not make a mess out of canon/lore.

Now Tactics on the other hand I would say yes, only in terms of story and trying to explain the who, what, where, when, why and hows. Some minor inconsistencies like saying the BoS came from a Vault but nothing canon breaking.

To quote Professor Trollenstein Von Interveb 'The Texas Game' is "Extremely lacking in both it's authenticity and heterosixuality."

You are accused of heresy on three counts. Heresy by thought, heresy by words, heresy by deed, heresy by action... (bites tongue) ...four counts. How do you plead?

Stop! You have violated the law! Pay the court a fine or serve your sentence. Your stolen goods are now forfeit.

Oblivion's bad writing was funny. Fallout 3? Not so much.

I loved Oblivion's bad writing, it was freaking hilarious, and I thought it was intentional!

Fallout Brotherhood of Steel is not considered cannon, nor should it be.
