Fallout: Brotherhood of Steel is not the first game. It's a shame that was produced for XBox and PS2. It's like Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance, just worse. A RPG game was turned into a meaningless and buggy Hack and Slay game.

The first game is just Fallout, no Tactics, no Brotherhood of Steel.

That's the original one and that one was great, is great and will be great.

Yeah.... I'm not sure which one you're talking about. Fallout: Brotherhood of Steel or just plain Fallout.

Did you play it on PC or PS2/Xbox?

You can't honestly think that BoS was the first game. The creators wouldn't start out 3d then go to 2d.

Adam,

If you are serious: BOS is to Fallout as Donkey Kong is to Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time.

Hope that anology makes sense to you.

Sorry someone stole yer FO2.

You should sic Dogmeat on them.

It was a terrible fallout game .

But I still liked it for its blasty action...I dont consider it canon , but I can appreciate it for what it is .

I don't care so much that it's a hack and slash shooter but rather it's a poor one.

I don't get this anology. DK and LoZ are completely unrelated, except that they were produced by the same company. BoS, on the other hand, is theoretically an actual Fallout game.

I'd make it more comparable to Legend of Zelda 2: the Adventure of Link and the rest of the Zelda series.

I've just spent the last 2 days playing through Fallout (1) again pretty much non-stop in anticipation of not being able to afford Fallout 3. Happy days. I also have fond memories of wasted time in BOS. How unfashionable of me. BOS was a good game, just not a good Fallout game.

Fallout: BoS was so godawful that I took it to a rifle range and shot it with a M1903A3 Springfield. What a waste of good bullets.

Excluding the gameplay and some inconsistencies, is it possible that F:BOS is more Fallout than Fallout 3 is? (In world, NPC's, logic, science!, lore et cetera)
