http://img23.imageshack.us/img23/3404/customization.jpg about character customization I made long ago. 7 different height options x 7 different body type options + 2 different sixes = 98 different variations! (not counting different ages, like teen or elder) Most likely that would be cut down to Average, Short and Tall heights and Average, Skinny, Chubby and Muscular body types, then it would be 3 x 4 x 2 = 24 different variations, but that's still good. I'd still like to play as a dwarf though, or as a fat, old man with a shotgun.
Anyways, there'd need to be some model changes for at least the body types. For the heights, the armor would just scale for someone that is taller (or shorter), like Charon in Fallout 3. For the body types, putting the same leather armor of an Average person on a Fat body type would probably stretch it, no? I don't know, I'm not into this kind of stuff. But I could imagine, so there'd need to be different models for every outfit for every body type, unless you can avoid that somehow. The dwarf/midget (or little people, if that is more politically correct?) would totally need his unique outfits though, but it'd be so worth it!
Then on top of that, yeah, I'd like to put scars of my fella, as well as tattoos a bit here and there, like if you are a tribal (or a slaver, you get one on your forehead so everyone can hate you, hurrhurr!)
I'd also like a slider for how wrinkled my character should be. I bet that would be the age slider, but I'm thinking like in Mount&Blade, when you alter the age, your character gets more and more wrinkles and gray hair.
